Delivery not made on the scheduled day.
The delivery, which I paid for, was scheduled 29/1 with a two-hour window, advised by email and text message; when this passed, the schedule changed to any time that day. The delivery was not made until 30/1, so I had to change plans and stay in for a delivery that did not come when promised.
I don’t know whether the fault lies with this company, or its delivery agent, DX Express, but the experience has put me off using either again.
Also interesting to note that of late, Superior Wines & Spirits seems only to acknowledge/respond to positive feedback.

I am sorry to learn about your poor experience during your dealing with DX Delivery & ourselves. I can completely understand your frustrations surrounding this incident.
We do feel that this is a review of the courier as after the parcel leaves our depot, we have no control over the delivery or the communication about the delivery. Although we appreciate that you're disappointed, we feel that everything outlined on our website was met in terms of service - it is just a shame the courier let you down on the day.

Disappointing
I had a few house parties for Christmas and New Year and I had run out of drinks. I ordered from this company due to speedy delivery mentioned on the home page of their website but they failed to meet delivery time specified on the website. I tried to contact the seller and cancel the order the very next day after I received the notification that the delivery will be done after the New Year day. No response to my email to this day . The buyer has only one email address as a contact for the company and the inbox doesn't seem to be monitored. The spirit was delivered though but far too late. I will keep it for the next house party. For the New Years Eve party I had to order again from Amazon!

Superior Wines - Inferior service
Ordered and paid for 10 one litre bottles of Pimms and received the right amount of bottles but all were 70cl. After finding out this company had no contact number by phone, I E mailed them and got a refund of 30% after 2 days. These bottles were a present and this was just an unnecessary hassle and I won't bother using them again. Surely they should have realised they didn't have the correct size to fulfil the order? Also no phone contact???
