not very good- i placed an order was…

not very good- i placed an order was not updated regrading delivery. I emailed three times no repsonse then finally out of the blue got a refund - great but i was buying a gift so the lack of delivery was aproblem for me. The lack of being able to call for instant an reposne was fustarting and a tad one sided. I appreciate tha conatc with customers is annoying!

Not received item

Not received item. Ordered for someones birthday, placed order on the Friday, said it would be dispatched on Saturday and delivered Monday. It's now Wednesday and it still says processing. Sent a message and heard nothing back. The birthday has now passed. Not good especially paying £6.99 for delivery! Avoid

Pantomime season, it will be here tomorrow...........oh no it won't!!!

Was advised that the delivery would be made between 5:20pm & 7:20pm on the 31st, cancelled early plans as a result given the item was a gift, followed driver delivery tracking online and watched as the driver left the area and headed home. Messaged the courier with my concern, it's now 6th of Jan and no response or acknowledgment from your provider DX. Needless to say there are alternatives for the product I purchased and in future I will explore them. It did arrive in the afternoon of the 2nd. Disappointed

My order never arrived (update: refunded)

My order never arrived. I placed the order on 14th Dec, got no tracking information, emailed about it on 21st December, and have received absolutely no response or communication other than repetitive emails asking me to review. so... Here's my review: please either send me the order or give me my money back!!

Update 08/01/25 - order has now been refunded. Review changed from 1 to 3 stars as it's not a scam - just very, very bad communication!

After 7 days of waiting for my order to…

After 7 days of waiting for my order to be delivered, I emailed them and received a message saying that my product was out of stock. It turns out that if I hadn’t asked, I would have been waiting even longer. They didn’t even apologize for the time wasted.

I recently had a mixed experience with Superior Wines & Spirits. While the ordering process was straightforward, I encountered a few mishaps. Initially, my order was stuck in processing, but after leaving feedback, the company responded promptly, issuing a refund and apologizing for the inconvenience. There was also an issue with a misdelivered package, which took some effort to address. On a positive note, their collection service was smooth, and the staff was accommodating. While they have potential, I recommend having a backup plan if you need timely delivery, especially for gifts. Overall, their service has room for improvement.

Nothing Superior about this at all!

Ordered a bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue Label. Was informed it was on its way with a delivery date of 19th November. Heard nothing more. When I went on the delivery company tracking it said that they had received it, but it hadn’t reached the delivery depot. I contacted Superior Wines and was told that they imagined it had been missed and would be delivered the following day, now the 22nd! On the 22nd the status of delivery was still saying delivery on the 19th and I asked for a refund, which they have apparently done. They processed my money on the 18th and according to their website a refund can take up to 10 days. Nothing Superior about any of this at all!!
