DISAPPOINTING SERVICE
Ordered a bottle of whiskey which gave a two day window for delivery, perfect for our retiring employee. The day of delivery arrived no communication from Superior Wines, so emailed they took a day to come back to me stating the courier had messed up.
offered a refund however we did want the product as bank holiday rearranged delivery.
However the minute i had rearranged received an email from said courier (never received one before, so i question whether it was ever sent)
Product was delivered when stated however had paid for a presentation box as this was a present and it didnt come with one! I was refunded the £2 but it was a very disappointing experience all round.
