Unreliable delivery
Placed an order, stated if ordered in the next 26 hours delivery would be on Saturday. Order arrived Tuesday. I paid £6.99 for this delivery. I emailed and queried this and have still received no response. Wouldn’t use again.

Bank Holiday Monday would have been the reason you didn't get it until Tuesday but nonetheless, it was still later than paid for. Please acceot our apologies for this mess.

Issue was promptly sorted out
I'm was initially disappointed with my first order from Superior Wines & Spirits as the parcel was missing one of the bottles of whisky that I ordered and there was no phone number to call them on. I emailed them and received a refund for the missing bottle 4 hours after the parcel was delivered and so have to admit that was good service. The courier company was also very good and I received the order promptly with good notifications on when it would be delivered.

As stated in our email to you, we do not own the brand of wine you purchased. Nor do we bottle it or make it. We did ask if we could pass your complaint on to the vintner to see if there was a production problem. If we had done this and there was a known issue, we could have replaced the bottles that were sent to you but we did not receive a reply.
We feel as if our reply to your initial email was genuine, non sarcastic and as helpful as can be and we can only apologize if you don't agree.
