Next day delivery was 24 hours late
Next day delivery was 24 hours late - not a huge problem but was a bit inconvenient having to be available for two days for a parcel.
Would have preferred notification of the delay.

When things went wrong with delivery
When things went wrong with delivery there was no way to speak with a person either at Superior or their delivery partner. I did not receive responses to my emails. My experience was dreadful

Amazing Range and In Stock
Searching around absolutely everywhere for a product as a birthday present. Everywhere I searched no one had in stock or were a hideous price. Superior stood by their name, as they had it in stock and also at a good price. Fair play Superior!
