Great customer service
Competitively priced and well packaged, but what makes me leave feedback is how well Sam handled the issue of the courier attempting delivery to the wrong address. The responses were prompt, considerate, and helpful. Sam got in contact with the couriers and owned the resolution. Thank you.

First order
The wines were well packed and delivered quickly. The Sauvignon Blanc from Roos SA was pleasant. The pinotage was not quite as I remember it when on Holiday in SA. Merlot no opened yet.
