Special evening at home with friends and good food
We ordered a meal on Tuesday for a Saturday night dinner with friends who were visiting from overseas. The food arrived right on time and in perfect condition, the driver was polite and professional and the whole experience seamless. It made us enjoy the dinner party as though we were the guests, not the hosts, as we didn’t have to cook and could be relaxed the whole evening knowing that the food would be great and that we didn’t need to do anything, except set the table! Our friends also loved the whole experience and felt very pampered - which was the whole point! There is something special about enjoying high quality food at home with friends, without the bustle of crowded restaurants and fixed time table slots. Will definitely be doing more entertaining at home with Supper in the future!

Dreadful service at a premium cost, please do not trust.
After an emergency hospital stay this weekend we missed lunch so were advised that deliveroo could help us out (due to Covid we were restricted on leaving each day if staying in). We stumbled across Supper and decided to treat ourselves leaving the very clear delivery instructions as advised by staff that Deliveroo meet. £55+ later (!!) we got a call saying firstly the restaurant couldn’t honour the timeframe given. Then we got called by the delivery man, who was barely able to communicate with us, that I had to leave my bed and go down to him to collect - who asks a hospital patient to do that?! I explained I couldn’t (heavily pregnant and emergency stay) plus we weren’t allowed due to Covid restrictions. He just kept insisting. Eventually he came to the 3rd floor as per the delivery instructions and walked into the nearest (wrong) ward and started harassing very busy maternity staff, who he then passed me over to. Eventually he then was guided to the ward clearly noted on the delivery instructions and we got our cold, soggy food about an hour late.
What’s more, I’ve spoken with Supper who 3 days later are still ‘investigating’ my claim…just in case lying in hospital I’ve got nothing better to do than make up stories and complain unnecessarily!
Please people, do not be seduced by the restaurant labels on their website, stick to Deliveroo.
As I have responded on Facebook, the below is a complete fabrication and I’m really quite shocked at their lack of integrity. Delivery specifics were carefully entered as directed by the ward staff who told us to get the delivery directly to the ward and who absolutely let him in when he finally arrived! Please everyone use this as further proof not to trust this company.

Poor quality afternoon tea!!
I ordered 2 afternoon teas at £45 each for this afternoon. We were extremely disappointed with what was delivered to us. It was a half filled tray with stale sandwiches and poor quality cakes. This was no way near £90 worth of afternoon tea!
On the basis that Reubens is located literally across the road from the drop off point, I wouldn’t expect such poor quality.
I hope you will be offering a FULL refund for such an embarrassment of a ‘royal afternoon tea’

You don’t deliver and you don’t refund my money
You deliver wrong food. Then your staff called Osama says the driver went back to restaurent . They tried to get food from other customers back to us . I then see active map shows he is in Notting hill . Yet Osama keeps saying driver is in park lane at the restaurent.
They delivered sushi to our flat that we did not order . They don’t collected 5 min later and delivered to customer. We informed driver that we are isolating as we were pinged . Yet they took the bag form us to original customer
They lied about calling restaurant .
They delivered our food to another customer and then tried to bring us food that someone else accepted .
They blamed the 5 star restaurant . They brake health and safety rules .
It has been 70 min we are waiting . Osama does not call restaurent to re order even though I asked him to.
They have not refunded us our money . We are owed over £250 .
Avoid order as they will mislead you.
He has misled us and given inaccurate information
We ordered at 6pm for 7:20pm.
We are still waiting and he is not resolving the issue.

Late cold and damaged with a couldn't care less attitude to customer service
Ordering experience was good. However we were contacted to say that our food was running late vs the agreed delivery time. When it arrived it was stone cold despite the much-vaunted mopeds. Furthermore the driver said he was afraid that the food had "had an accident". This was clear when one of the bags was shown to be brown with spilt sauce and with a big hole in the bottom. In addition, a number of dishes inside were squashed and misshapen. Not what you hope for from a meal costing £80/head but accidents can happen.
The real disappointment here was Supper's attitude. When contacted with photos of the damaged products and a descripton of the situation their response could not have been less impressive. Along the lines of "tough luck" accompanied by a degree of scepticism that the product could possibly have been delivered cold. No offer of compensation or sympathy other than an encouragement to order from them again - unthinkable in the circumstances - with a small discount on the next order.
Very disappointing effort from a start up business targeting high end customers with a premium product.

Always used to use Just Eat to get a takeaway dinner in, thought I'd give these guys a shot. Absolutely amazing, great customer service. Honestly don't know why people don't use them more. Take this as a sign and go for it!

Good food, nice driver, great service, bike has an oven on it!
Last night was my wife's birthday so we celebrated with a meal from Zuma. I don't like ordering delivery food as it sometimes comes late and is cold. But I'd seen the Supper electric bike before when it delivered to my neighbour, the driver let me see it when he brought the food. I asked if I could drive it but he said no as that's not allowed. Probably a good thing. The bike has a big fricking oven on the back to keep your food hot. The food was really good as you would expect from Zuma. Oh yeah, I just remembered, some girl called me (not sure if from Supper or Zuma) to say she spoke to the driver, the kitchen was late for my food and the driver was waiting in Zuma to collect it for me. That was kinda cool, I didn't mind 15 minutes, it's another Gin and Tonic! I want to leave a tip for the driver but I can't see it, and I had no cash, so I gave him some birthday cake instead. I will use them again, they have about 25 restaurants so more to choose from.

I ordered on Supper for the first time this week to celebrate my wife’s new job. You guys impressed me by the service. We both loved the fact of being able to enjoy fine dining despite the lockdown and it was probably the first time in a long time that a driver actually smiled and seems cheerful and that affected positively the whole experience

I contacted them to find out if they deliver to my postcode. I was kept waiting (online chat) for 6/7 minutes ... without an answer. I tried again and the same thing happened. Based on this and the bad reviews, I decided to keep away from this company. If they can’t even answer a simple question ...

I found myself surprised with the New…
I found myself surprised with the New Years Eve complaints here ... but only a little. NYE is nightmare street for restaurants and many, many services geared towards trying to provide a quality service on a day like that. I've been there ... done that.
The lesson?
Cap the amount of orders to an amount you are capable of providing at the required level ... period, no wavering on that.
Have a bike on standby all night just in case something happens, its a loss, but the alternate is worse.
Be sure restaurants are on board and can absolutely guarantee the work will ready on time.
Hopefully you learned from this experience.

Absolutely terrible! I mean I can’t think of a worst delivery service. I ordered for a specific date and time which is the only option and it didn’t arrive on time nor did they proactively reach out to tell me it was going to be late. Honestly super expensive and absolute garbage. Order from Deliveroo instead!!!

An appalling experience
I have ordered 3 meals through Supper London with 2 out of the 3 orders received over an hour late, cold and poorly presented. I understand that things can go wrong when you provides a service but things can be made better by the way complaints are handled. I called to complain and was appalled at the unprofessional attitude of the person i spoke to who kept referring to me as “my love” and “darling”. I was told an investigation would take place to establish why the order had not been received by the restaurant, and why the meal arrived over an hour late and cold. It has been 4 weeks now and even after a follow up email to Supper London, I have not received any correspondence with an explanation. An appalling experience.
I received a reply from Supper London in response to my review to say they had replied to me via the email associated to my account. I have checked my inbox and my junk folder and have received no such reply.
So the appalling service continues.
