Disaster

Disaster. Delivered on time but missing 2 of our 3 main courses. Difficult to get hold of to tell them, then they blamed the restaurant. Never offered anything other than refund of the 2 missing items. They clearly take no responsibility for customers. but charge an enormous delivery fee which they keep even when they fail. Will never use again.

Worst delivery service I’ve used

Worst delivery service I’ve used. 2hr plus wait for a restaurant that is less than 15 min away from my house. No contact phone number so you can’t even contact them to check the order or cancel - crazy!! Some chat option online but no response in 20 min. I will definitely not order again.

Suspected fraud

Food was cold and they forgot 2 main courses!!! Most frustratingly, there is no phone number to cal and the restaurant did not pick up. Will never use again. It almost felt like fraud...

I had to use supper on two occasions as…

I had to use supper on two occasions as the restaurant we were going to order from works with them. First time we used them as a company, the order was delayed 2 hours and when I called them about it they said it was a tech issue on the restaurant side and cannot do anything about it. On top of it, the gentleman on the phone was not listening and aggressive, slightly rude.
We had to put another order today where you can chose the delivery time and I got a phone call 5 mins after the delivery time saying the pizzas are just put to the oven. When I contacted Supper rep, I was told via chat that there was a technical issue and restaurant picked it up late. I asked a few more questions but rather than being specific, the rep kept saying the same thing rather than answering my questions. It should not be hard to deliver good customer service being explanatory and understandging surely.
