Support is non existent

Support is non existent, Suspicious activity on account leading to my account requiring Authenticator codes that I never setup. I have no idea what has gone on with my account as ive had no access to my account for weeks and only an automated confirmation that ive raised a support ticket despite trying to escalate and make complaints numerous times.

My account has been temporarily disable…

My account has been temporarily disable due to no fault of my own. I suspect it was because I cleared my cache. But I have verified the account and there was no reason to disable it. With that said, if they had just put the money in bitcoin cash, I would at least have been protected from the volatility which I have no control of. In the meantime, it has dropped in value close to 25% and I can't touch it until Tuesday. Their customer service is non-existent. You can't get someone on the phone and there is no place to put in a support ticket for the issue

Worst support ever.

They make you choose from canned problems to create a ticket. They have no general support email or phone number. If your problem doesn't meet their canned problems you can't submit a ticket. And once you do, they just send you a canned response linking you back to their help page. HORRIBLE support!

I didn't receive my crypto in my…

I didn't receive my crypto in my coinbase pro wallet. The transaction was successfully completed on the ETH blockchain and I submitted the evidence. Since 05/16/21, I haven't received a response to my Tweets and Emails. The customer service is diabolical and disgusting.

If there was a zero star review

If there was a zero star review, I would give it to Coinbase. I know all that glitters isn't gold, but how could a platform with such a friendly user interface have such bad customer support? I waited for manual verification for almost 3 weeks. Today I decided to send all my ETH to Binance. I couldn't bear it any longer. Coinbase really needs to work on its customer support, like seriously!

Even a one-star rating is an overestimate

Even a one-star rating is an overestimate of coinbase custorm support. I emailed them about why I didn't get the reward they promised for my recurring buys. All I got was the automatic response that doesn't resolve the issue at all. I replied the email and then was told the ticket was close and I had to submit another ticket...I did it once again and then got the same response.

The coinbase customer support is the worst one I have ever seen.

I have been locked out of account for…

I have been locked out of account for almost 45 days now. I keep getting and email saying they are extending to investigate. I am speechless and so frustrated. The good news is the cytpo I have in my account there has been appreciating. Unable to access account. They said looked like some kind of fraudulent login attempt so they locked down. I can't imagine etrade or some other larger trading platform sampling giving the silent treatment. Not even sure if they have a support team. If so, how small is it? As soon as it is accessible, I am moving immediately

What a pile of S41t!

What a pile of s4it!

Just tried to sell some currency and says user unable to sell. Beware!

I have eventually got through the length process to send them an email, then it requests a cose which is emailed to them. You come off their page to pick up the code and the email disappears.

This is so crap, do not use!

They don't even deserve a star from me

They don't even deserve a star from me. I am Coinbase Commerce (business customer) with them and whenever something goes wrong with a transaction and I need them they ignore to handle my cases. They have not responded to my cases for weeks. I really do not understand how such a party grows and can go public if they do not even have their support department in order.

Used a joint account to fund my Coinbase account and now LOCKED

Used a joint account to fund my coinbase account. The primary is my wifes name, I am the secondary. With over $40,000 locked in various crypto on coinbase, my account has been locked from doing anything as the name of the funding doesnt match my coinbase account. Coinbase provided no action to remedy this, just thats its locked because of this. All transactions have gone through, so funding has been complete. But now I am unable to manage the account. It took two weeks to say why its locked, dont know how long to unlock.

POOR MANAGEMENT, THEY BLOCK YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT LET YOU HAVE IT

It is an authentic SCAM, after several weeks I still cannot carry out operations with my money, I have followed all the instructions that have been ordered, I have sent all the documents that have been requested about my identity on countless occasions, I have sent dozens of messages so that they solve the problem for me and they answer them saying to be patient but they do not solve anything and they close the case without solving it, when accessing the account a message that says that it is under review and I have been waiting too many days to be able to carry out procedures .
It seems to me that they are doing a terrible thing in the resolution of this matter and I am not willing to continue having my account blocked without any justification. Do not invest your money in this platform and this will avoid real headaches. I will try to spread this message through all social networks while they do not solve my problem, get your money as soon as possible from this platform, because in my opinion I think they will end up losing it

Absolute joke of a company, zero customer support. If your a victim of fraud (and if you use their wallet you will be) they pretend it's your fault even if you can prove its their security breach. Stay away!

What customer support????

What customer support? If you have tens (or hundreds) of thousands of dollars tied up in a service shouldn't you at least get some sort of support? I've been locked out of my account because of their "security" features, and the lack of assistance is disturbing. I'll be withdrawing my money as soon as possible and finding a new investment platform for crypto. Just terrible.

Con Artists hiding behind the facade of branding

I transferred money into my coinbase account, and when I logged in, it turned out that coinbase had moved it to coinbase pro along with most of my crypto, where enormous fees had inexplicably eroded the value. This has cost me my savings of nearly 30k! and counting...as most reviewers here can attest, there is no human on the other end of the phone. Nothing is more disheartening than hearing an automated recording or dealing with template email responses from an AI, when you need help. I can't understand how these people haven't been shut down or sued into oblivion at this stage, let alone be considered for IPO. They are a facade of a company. Complete amateur cowboys destroying peoples savings without a second thought, and zero f^cks given. Crypto is no longer a game, and everyone needs to made aware of the dangers of dealing with this platform. I hope others are not caught out like me. If you're in coinbase now please take your crypto out immediately If you value its safety (cold storage etc).

This Coinbase is really Garbage. Bought some crypto years ago and then i lost my phone, now they refuse me to help restore my account.
Enjoy your free money in my account, you will not see more.

I got into a jam around February 10th

I got into a jam around February 10th, I sold $300 worth of bitcoin on February 14th and received an email claiming the funds had been released. Two weeks went by check with my bank there was no hold they have my bank account number etc. For 5 and a half weeks now I've tried customer support sending messages please contact me where is my $300 which I needed for emergencies of Medicines.they have a few paragraphs on the top of the support page typed in red stating the overabundance of activity there may be delays excetera excetera blah blah friggin blah. In my 65 years on this planet I have never experienced such disrespectful selfish non available support of any kind, this is no exaggeration it's the worst of the worst why can't they hire choose Free people 15 $20 an hour just to be respectful to their customers that are making them wealthy. I do not take this lightly I will do everything to unite people to take coinbase down, clearly it's all about them, clearly there an institution of greed @everyone within this institution shame destiny even come close regarding their operations and management of their customers. They still have not contacted me and I suffered because I could not get my medicine,they're the most horrible creatures and individuals within that institution that make money off the customers and pee on their heads in return. The frustration the anger they have caused me I should sue them for pain and suffering given there is no other institution that deserves these intentions . They do not deserve to succeed and I am more than available to unite with all the coinbase users to file complaints with a better business bureau, the SEC, and a have them policed.I am so relieved to find these reviews of similarity, total abuse and disregard with absoluteness. It boggles my mind the amount of greed of must take not to pay two or three individuals 15 plus dollars an hour to have any kind of support, zero contact, we must unite and get these inhumane individuals bring them down to their knees the anger and frustration they have caused me end the suffering given my emergency they don't deserve a NASDAQ listing, on one to ten I would rate them -50, I have never felt such disrespect with an institutionthat has made millions or billions off their customer base and then spits on them.I will dial this contact number I found and I will tear them a new one and I support all to get the word out including all the YouTubers to get the word out and bring these horrible people down on their knees I am so angry.

No Human support, just AI crap.

I have been trying to open an account for the last week, but it's fallen at their verification.
It is a circular function, takes you for a ride around their AI system and u end back at the beginning.
The verify options are Passport, Drivers licence, ID. the default is Drivers licence, if you select either of the other options you are taken for a trip around their verification system, but, end back where you started.

I do not reside in USA, and it's clear their system of so called support is focused on USA, (typical American).
If you manage to get off a submission request, all you receive is an email automated template reply, no matter how many times you them that UK does NOT issued ID cards, they or their AI system ignores the content, because they continue to email the same inappropriate rubbish, which does not support the original request for support.
If there are humans on the support team, they should be ashamed of themselves for their infrastructure, level of service and ethics, muppets could do better!

They cite excessive workload, this is a cop out which they hide behind

I have had a narrow escape, if you want to maintain your sanity and avoid becoming dizzy from going around in circles, find another exchange.
FYI Binance is just as bad.
