Brilliant experience, was easy and accommodating, lessons are informative and learning was easy. Mark Lyons (Plymouth) was always friendly and helpful and really helped me achieve my goals. 10/10 would recommend.

My experience with Surepass was exceptional. My instructor was Neil Kilshaw and from my first lesson up until my test he gave me the confidence to not only succeed but to pass my test, which I did on my first try with Neil! Top quality service and and it’s clear that they’re not there to rinse people and give unnecessary lesson but they’re there to help people and the quickest and best way possible. Thanks again to Neil he’s a great instructor and an even better bloke, Grade A service and I would recommend him to anybody looking to get there driving journey started or to fine tune previous skills

This instructer was like no other he was funny he was just amazing really helped Mr thoroughly. His name was Steve from the bangor North wales area and after 3 unsuccessful attempts with other instructers eventually passed yesterday. Definitely could not have done it without him. 30 hour course well taken money well spent.

A fantastic experience from start to finish, was allocated an instructor as soon as I paid the deposit. Cannot recommend Chris Bulpitt enough, extremely patient and gave me the confidence I needed. Passed 1st time. Thank you very much Chris!

Loved having driving lessons with this company, very professional and don’t mess you around, passed first time today after doing 15+ lessons with mark lyons.

Had Mark Hawtin as my instructor who stepped in last minute when my usual instructor from another company let me down! Was on the verge of cancelling this test as I had no time for practise before but thank god I didn’t as Mark got me through it!

Iv been having lesson for 2 years gone for my test twice and failed, so I rang sure pass and they put me with a fantastic woman who brought me out my comfort zone and gave me the confidence I needed! In just 2 months she helped me pass my test! I can’t give her enough praise! Su is a brilliant instructor and Beautiful human being thankyou!

I did my learning with Victoria based in Widnes. This was by far the most I had enjoyed doing my driving lessons, I learnt really quickly (20 hours) and passed! Victoria is extremely kind, patient and an excellent teacher. You will always feel as calm as possible learning by her side, I couldn't recommend her more. Thanks again!

I passed my test today in plymouth test centre with the help of Mark Lyon’s, i could not recommend mark enough, He’s been the most patient, supportive and calm instructor and makes everything so clear and easy to understand. As someone who suffers with anxiety he’s made getting my Pass a breeze and actually made me enjoy my lessons.

I started learning as a really nervous driver convinced I'd never actually pass my test. I told surepass I'd like someone considerate of my nerves and they assigned me Dan Wood. He was brilliant from the start. I made many (very silly) mistakes and he never lost patience with me whilst still helping me learn from them and fix my errors. I've recommended surepass (especially Dan) to a couple people I know already and will continue to do so.

Passed my test today in Plymouth with Mark lyons first time, great instructor with a lot of patience and great teachings.

So I booked the 30 hour intensive driving course and spread my lessons over 5 days - just a couple of weeks before my test. I had next to no driving experience but Alan of Surepass got me up to scratch in no time. He was super-friendly, patient and knew exactly how to get me to the level I needed to be at before taking my test. I've passed my test today (which was my first attempt). Can't thank Alan and Surepass enough for helping me obtain my license quickly and for a great price too.

Really enjoyed my lessons with Trish. She made me feel comfortable and was patient from the very start. Really pleased to of passed first time and that’s all down to Trish’s great communication and instructor skills.

I had scott waring as my instructor he is so cool calm and supportive from day 1. He never waste time like other instructor does for the money cause he always care about the students lesson rather than anything else. He is that good he sometime sacrifice his personal time and come for us if we need any extra help throughout our lesson. Overall he is great instructor thank you for your help.

my instructor was Neil Kilshaw in my opinion the best one around I would not of passed without his skill and patience he’s so kindhearted and will help u thru anything on the road could not of asked for a better guy to help me with my driveing I will be recommending him to anyone I know that wants to drive
