To bald or not to bald, that is the question. If like me you choose the latter, then go with the surgery group, the entire experience was top class.

On a more serious note there was excellent service all round, Jake was on hand at all hours to help with advice during pre and after care, the transplant itself was expertly handled by Dr Moussa and his team, they take excellent care of you throughout the day, from their bedside manner to their professionalism completing the transplant, all top notch. I haven't got a bad thing to say; don't bother booking a flight to turkey, if you have the cash and you're wondering where to get sorted, look no further.

6 months in and I'm absolutely astounded by the length and thickness of my hair amazing is a understatement. The process was great from start to finish thank u for everything true professionals

From start to finish a great experience with support during and after surgery. Everything is taken care of from your stay before to all your care and treatment.

It’s not a pleasant experience but it is bearable and all the staff are very nice and keep you at ease throughout.

The constant contact via Jake is priceless.

The whole journey from start to finish was very professionally arranged by The Surgery Group , which made me feel confident that I was in the best of hands. Post operation was also extremely well organised with immediate support of any questions I had and advice I sought. Two weeks post procedure and everything has healed well.

Working with Surgery Group has been great! Very easy and straightforward from start to finish. Top consultant in Dr Ahmad Moussa who is honest and explains everything (and his team) and excellent aftercare from Jake, contacted most days to answer any questions and check in on the recovery.

Pricing is competitive and performance was everything they promised. Made to feel very comfortable throughout. Just waiting for the results now!

The team at Surgery Group have simply been great through the process of me having a hair transplant! From the moment of getting in touch to the aftercare I've received since! Dr Moussa made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure with his team of technicians looking after me throughout, the 3 ladies had me pretty much laughing throughout the day! Jake has been on hand from the moment of getting home to 4 weeks later checking how I am and if I have any questions.

Very good experience with Dr Ahmad and the team. They didn't try to oversell and were realistic with the expectations. On the day the whole team were very good and the experience was very smooth. After care with Jake was good as well.

The guys were so great and the team on the day were excellent, did an awesome job with my hairline back in 2022 which has grown out to look amazing. Can’t imagine having not done this now. Very professional job and worked with me to choose how the hairline should look (though I more trusted their judgement as I didn’t even know where to start, and it turned out great) Aftercare was top notch and informative, made sure it all went well and stayed healthy. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. I was looked after talk through the whole procedure little nervous as expected going into the unknown, but trust me I would never look back. It’s been 11 months now and I have a full head of hair. and there’s still time For more to come through to make it that thicker team are great. I went to the one in Long Eaton Nottingham and I would definitely recommend it. Thank you to all .

I had a HT in early September 2023 in Nottingham and I couldn’t be happier. Great service all around, everyone put me at ease and guided me through it all. Jake was particularly great and was always happy to answer my questions during recovery. My results so far have been amazing, genuinely look about 10 years younger and getting loads of compliments. Wish I’d done it sooner.

Just over two weeks now post procedure and everything has healed well, and my hair is already regrowing which is very encouraging. Consultant Dr Ahmad Moussa and the whole team in Nottingham are really excellent and thoroughly professional and they made me feel relaxed and well looked after throughout the day. Jake has texted regularly post surgery to check my recovery progress and has given good support and advice. For those wary of the procedure, once the anaesthetic is in it was pain free and post Op there has been little discomfort nothing more than a tingling sensation and very minimal post Op swelling.
I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Surgery Group to anyone looking for a hair transplant.

If your thinking of having hair transplants or grafts inserted in a scared area here, then I would recommend that you be careful when considering this, as this is highly risky and hasn't worked for me.
I had some hair transplants attemped here to the right of my chin, where there is a scar which has left a patch in my beard, which at the time destroyed the hair follicles in my beard.
I had this procedure done here at surgery group in may 2022. And 20 months down the line nothing has come through, and that's how it will proberly stay, as it's too far gone now. They told me it would take 3-4 months for the hairs or grafts to come through after the operation. When that never happened they said it could take 6 months. When nothing came through by then, there telling me it could take up to 18 months for these grafts to come through, because as it's a scared area, they take alot longer to come through than normal. They never mentioned before or at the end of the procedure that it could take up to 18 months for these to come through. Whether they was trying to buy time on this I'm not sure.
They told me at the start that theres a risk that it wont work, but said it's very unlikely that it wont, and would attempt to do this procedure again if it didnt work first time. Now there saying that my scar area wont be albe to take any grafts, because as it didnt work first time, its unlikely to work in this area again! Abit contradictory. They also missed a patch in the area i was having grafted at procedure time, which I brought up at the time, which they disagreed about, but you could clearly see it was missed.
They have invited me back to access the area and try to attempt this procedure again. But if there telling me it's very unlikey its going to work again, then what's the point in me wasting my time going up there on two occasions, one day for the assessment, and the other for the op, and then wasting more hairs out the back of my head for this to fail again. I've kind of lost confidence or faith in the idea.
Dont know why it hasnt worked, I did everything they told me to do in aftercare for them few weeks, barely went out, just rested and didnt go to work. Not sure if its something they've done wrong on there side.
They did do me a good price on this. But I suppose you get what you pay for and in this case I got bugger all.

I got in contact with them about a potential transplant, but they told me that they wouldn't typically advise them for people of my age. A lot of what I heard about this industry is that other places would happily sign me up just for the cash, but after speaking with Dr Ahmad, I decided it's not for me and they were completely fine with that. Shows good character and willingness to work with only people they think they can genuinely help.

After much debate and consultations with varies clinics, after an initial consultation Dr Ahmad Moussa he put my mind to ease and answered all my questions.
Very good pre operative support answering all my questions and then on the day of surgery went really well!
The whole team were fantastic and worked well to get my transplant completed!
Post operative were very supportive and answered my 9 million questions about each stage!!
Currently 2 weeks post operation and feeling really good!

Great experience from start to finish. No pressure to get the procedure done. Piece of mind getting the surgery done in the UK with trained professionals. Supper support before and after the big day, with the operating team being lovely and making the procedure as pleasant as possible.

Although it’s still early days after my FUT hair transplant, I can honestly say that choosing Surgery Group was the right decision. The whole team make the process so smooth from start to finish and do so by being honest and informative at all times. You certainly get value for money and they don’t try to pressure you into going ahead with surgery like I experienced with other clinics that I spoke to. Thank you again to everyone involved.

4 days post op from my hair transplant now, and I can honestly say surgery group was perfect for me, I have already recommend this clinic and I will continue to do so! From the start chatting to Mathew I could tell this was a genuine surgery who wanted to help you rather than rip you off they where honest with the procedure and how many grafts you need, so your not paying more than you have to. Dr. Ahmad Moussa and his team are very friendly and professional, Jake is a credit to the company he is always checking in to make sure you are ok and following your after care routine. Outstanding place.

So glad I chose the surgery group, cant knock the team throughout the process. Was very anxious til I went for consultation, from then to post op I knew I was in the right hands!
