They dont have a DPO and claim to transfer our personal data to the US, which is not legal anymore in UE, if you dont use SCC.
EDIT AFTER SURVIO RESPONSE: thats exactly the problem, Privacy shield is gone, not allowed anymore. SCC now is operations.

Regarding the collection of personal information, we abide by the regulations imposed by EU legislation, European Council legislation and local Czech Republic legislation.

good to use
good to use, but limited access when it's not free trial. 100 responses doesn't sound like a lot across a lot of questionnaires. Disappointed this wasn't pointed out much clearer.
Functionality is very good however (very easy and user-friendly to set up a questionnaire).

Great for online testing of your pupils
We discovered this software and decided to use it as a way to get online test fro our school to be able to grade our pupils. It's very user-friendly and the customer support is exceptional.
