Excellent. Has been doing our servicing for many years and also when ever we have wanted to add or change radiators. Last time on 4th September was because we had a boiler malfunction and he attended same day.

We've used Sussex Heating Care for 5 or 6 years now. Always on time, take care and explain things very clearly. This year they also sent updates on where they were before they got here so no hanging around.
Great work, fair price, definitely recommend.

Ross and the office team were brilliant, efficient, helpful and very trustworthy. No issues, cant complain and so good to find a local engineer who can look after a Keston Boiler!

Greedy doesn’t come close to its true description, long story short Ross quoted me a few pounds short of £3,000 to replace an old boiler in a 1 bed flat ,went back to my letting agents bearing in mind they take a cut too their engineers replaced the boiler for the same one Ross quoted me £3k and done in a day for £1,758 !! How could anybody justify that level of difference !!
Won’t use them ever again as I did many of times in the past and certainly won’t recommend them either !

All the work was carried out in a very friendly & professional manner & on time !
We have now had two years of trouble free heating &
Hot water with no problems whatsoever.
Sussex Heating Care have also carried out our
Annual boiler service , keeping use well informed on
Arrival times & checking that we are happy with the work carried out !

As always a very efficient job, arrived at the agreed time and completed the job as agreed.

I presented Ross with a challenge: replace my boiler with a more efficient model and update all of the controls for our radiators and underfloor heating with devices I can control from a mobile phone App.
Our existing installation through every curved ball it could - but Ross just swatted away every problem and did a superb job. All the different zones in the house can now be controlled automatically (or manually). I would not hesitate to recommend Ross to anyone who needs a real expert to do work on their heating system. (Indeed I have already recommended him to my daughter).
I have also taken out a very comprehensive maintenance contract with Sussex Heating Care Company.

Really glad we chose this company to replace our heating and hot water system. Ross is very experienced and knowledgeable and helped us chose the best system for our needs. The work was carried out in an extremely professional manner and we are very happy with the result. Ross went the extra mile to set everything up for us and explain how it all worked. Took away all the old system and left everything clean and tidy. Ross was a joy to have around and we were impressed by his expertise. An excellent experience all round.

The Sussex Heating Care Company’s Ross has transformed the plumbing and heating in my home, from old style water tank in the roof and emersion tank in the airing cupboard to a modern boiler with a Wi-Fi programmer – so easy to manage!!
The process was challenging to say the least, as I had requested that the new boiler be installed in an upstairs room. This was going to take longer than planned but Ross undertook the installation with minimal disruption.
The company gives me advanced reminders of when my services are due so that there is flexibility for me to arrange a convenient time. The service from the company is FIRST CLASS!

Very pleased with the efficient and personal service provided by Kate and Ross of Sussex Heating Care Co. The job was to replace a boiler in a different position in a room which presented some challenges but all overcome by Ross. Work done carefully and neatly. Ross took some time to explain the working of the remote control system to me, which was most helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the first service is booked for next year. Excellent communication as to when Ross will arrive and easy to get hold of Kate or Ross for any queries.

This is the first time that we have used the services of The Sussex Heating Care Company LTD. We have been highly impressed with both the professionalism and quality of service, from initial contact with the company through to completion of extensive work to update our central heating & hot water systems - including re-wiring, new valves & the installation of a new thermostat with smart technology.
