I arrived early and was attended to right away. My bike had an issue the gears and was given a new bike the very next day.

Great welcome with some coffee, relaxing vibe with a clear explanation, and the man who helped us spoke multiple languages. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend it to everybody.

I love my Swapfiets!
I've been using Swapfiets for around 3 years now, and I couldn't be more satisfied! In the past, I owned my own bikes, but they were often stolen or broke down all the time. The quality of Swapfiets bikes is outstanding; mine is extremely comfortable with 7 gears. The maintenance service is quick, convenient, and dependable. The staff in the store is always kind and supportive. I would definitely recommend getting a Swapfiets if you're looking for a reliable bike, great service, and a stress-free ride around Barcelona without worrying about theft!

Good experience
Overall very good experience how the company handled the situation because I lost my keys and needed a new one. The girl on the phone was kind, explained to me that there was no spare key of my bike so I would get a new bike. The new bike arrived on the exact day and time as confirmed. The guy who brought the bike was very kind. Only thing was that I had to wait for three days for receiving a new one, but I get compensation for this. The new bike is maybe even better than I had before :)

Great for heavy use of shortish stays
Enjoyed the simplicity of booking the bike online, the swiftness and helpfulness of the staff in the shop (for receiving and returning it) and the overall quality of the bike (perfect condition and reasonable price, esp. after using a random discount code I found by googling).

Great experience
Great experience! I don't know the name of the man who helped me but he was wonderful! Super knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to jump between languages to help me and others in the shop! Very happy with everything.
