I followed this company’s return instructions exactly and paid $91.97 to ship an item back internationally.

The return address they provided was not deliverable. The package entered customs, failed, and was returned to me. I was then charged an additional $213.36 by UPS.

The company refuses to reimburse these costs because they did not receive the item, even though their own return process made delivery impossible.

Total loss: $305.33.

This is not a functional return process. Buyers should be aware that returns may fail and result in significant unexpected costs.

The sofa covers was not what I expected. The material didn't lay flat it seemed lumpy. I have been requesting return labels for several days now unsuccessfully. There is no one you can speak with you can only send emails. I'm looking for my refund of $128! I need to get that money back. Everything is packed up in the package ready to go and the cover was never sat on or used so it's in the condition that it was shipped to me. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone at this point.

I would zero stars if I could this is not at all that was shown in the photos there’s no way these are the same thing they photographed. This is a crap product horrible company do not buy from them.

Never received the dining room chair covers, never got a reply from their so called 24 hr customer service, the phone number on their website is bogus, company is not in California! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

this is another 'over-seas' company that makes returns impossible, products are not what is portrayed, and then you are stuck with a horrifically incorrect product and not able to get a refund unless you ship back to China and doubt that any money will be credited. STAY away from this site!!!!

I Just recieved my two grey geometrical couch covers and i was sceptical after reading many reviews but I am happy with the quality and how easy it is to install. My 13 year old couch looks brand new now and I am so happy with my purchase. I highly recommend.

Do not use this company.The product is shipped from some out of the country.Location which takes weeks to get?I try to cancel before it was shipped.They said it was shipped and it will arrive soon once it arrived.I requested to have it returned.They have not responded, do not use this company.Trust me, you're gonna waste your money and you will not get what you're looking for.

If I could rate this company a zero, I would. I ordered three covers for my sectional, waited weeks, and only received two! Both the wrong size. I basically paid $200 to get scammed.

I reached out the same day I received the package, asking to return them. Two weeks later, they’re still dodging the issue. Their replies are slow, repetitive, and completely unhelpful just looping back to ask if it’s a “size mismatch” or claiming the third item is “in transit.”

The worst part? In the same email thread, they had the nerve to suggest I buy another cover for “only $118” because two wouldn’t be enough, after I already sent proof I ordered three! They’ve yet to acknowledge my refund request or take responsibility.

Save yourself the headache and your money. This company is not worth the risk. Sweaterpicks is a total SCAM!

If I could give them zero stars I definitely would. I had high hopes for my 2 couch covers that I ordered near the end of September. They arrived in a few weeks. They ship from China although the website says they are based out of California. Whatever about that. As soon my package arrived, I took the covers out and tried to put them on. There was no way in hell that they were going to fit. The construction of the covers was so weird and the seams were awkwardly sewn. I tried and tried to make them work. I know I ordered the right size according to their website. I do measurements for a living so I know how to measure a couch. I knew I had to return these. That should have been no problem because the website states that if you aren’t satisfied within 30 days they will return your money. Right after I realized they would not fit and I really noticed the poor quality of the construction, I reached out to their “customer service” via email. They wanted me to give them the measurements of my sofas so they could exchange. I already applied the correct measurements when I ordered so I know that wasn’t the problem. I told them I just want to return these product for a full refund. That’s when they started fighting me on that premise. 10 emails back and forth, and they still refuse to refund my money. They offered me an exchange, $30 to call it even and I wouldn’t have to return. I paid $138.00 for these 2 covers so I told them that that wasn’t acceptable. They cited that they have low profits as the reason they would refund me so little. Hmm, wonder why their profits suck? They also gave me an incomplete address in China and told me I could send them back and they would refund me after they received the package, expecting me to pay the freight. I then asked for a prepaid shipping label and assured them that I would definitely send their covers back. They will not do it. They emailed again saying that they have sold 16,000 units with a 97% positive review rate, then offered me $50.00. Totally unacceptable. This company is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM SWEATERPICKS. You will lose your hard earned money. The product was vey sub par and they do not honor their return policy.

Oh my God I ordered two sofa covers one for a loveseat one for a four-seater turned out the two-seater with like a foot too small. So I went online and I have sent six emails to them and I get back the weirdest replies. Oh do you mean you need a four-seater as if they're not really speaking English? I've also tried calling the number which is a Shanghai number. Nobody answers. I went ahead and then purchased a three-seater and paid for Express shipping to get it here on time. I still have yet to get a return label to send this two-seater back $78 come on. What a scam. Don't waste your money!

Never trust them. I bought a rug and wanted to return it. They said the return address was China. I told them it said California on the website. They said no, you will send it to China and we will pay the shipping cost, but they did not pay the shipping cost. They also told many lies during the return process. I paid with PayPal. If I had paid with other methods, they would never have refunded it.

I purchased a sofa cover and when I received it… it looks NOTHING like the item depicted on the website. Cheap and horrible quality. I requested a refund and so far I’m getting the runaround from Sweaterpicks. There is no “sweater” in the item I received.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Sweater Picks. Their website promises sofa covers made of “thick velvet plush fabric” that “shield against spills, stains, pet hair, and daily wear.” This is completely misleading. The fabric is not waterproof, not water resistant, and is entirely permeable. It offers no protection whatsoever—exactly the opposite of what is advertised.

Upon receiving the products, I immediately saw that they do not meet expectations and attempted to initiate a return well within the stated 30-day return policy. Their own policy requires contacting them for a return authorization number and return address. However, despite several attempts:
1. I have only been given the runaround.
2. No return authorization number or confirmed return address has been provided.
3. Instead, I have repeatedly been offered only a partial refund that they claim will take 6–8 weeks.

This is completely unacceptable. The products are unusable, do not match the advertised descriptions, and Sweater Picks is not honouring its own return policy. At this point, it feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid issuing refunds.

I cannot recommend this company or their products to anyone. Save yourself the frustration—avoid Sweater Picks altogether.

I ordered sofa covers that are a complete joke, their customer service is trying to negotiate with me stating I bought a rug of which I did not and that their profit margin is low so they’d only offer me $20 instead of the $137.40 their refund policy “guarantees.”

I purchased 2 waterproof blanket covers and my dog had an accident on the couch. This product is NOT waterproof! It leaked through on the couch. When I reached out to this business the 24/7 customer service is somewhat sketchy. They asked for photos of the product. I already cleaned it up. They then stopped replying for several days. After sending 2 more messages they responded offering $32 For the cover that cost $169! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS! They told me how expensive the production cost is and how their colleagues and customers give a high positive review. Lesson learned! I will never forget it! I suggest that everyone stay far away from Sweaterpicks and their falsely advertised products!!

As many likely do, we needed this couch cover because we allow our pupperoo near constant couch cuddles. She’s a couch queen. She may be a pitty, but she identifies as a potato.

It was only a matter of time before she would have caused the couch to become threadbare, so I picked this cover, mainly based on its style and appearance.

The sizing chart was helpful, and the cover fit our couch well. The material is comfortable as well. I do wish that there was a moisture resistant aspect to the cover (just in case), but as I say, I chose it for the style and basic paw claw prevention, both of which I feel it’s accomplished.

The cover was well packaged, came quickly, and in good condition.

Purchased this two years ago, and it’s been one of my best sweaterpicks purchases. I have 3 dogs, all in the 40-60 lb range. I travel for work, and often they will come with me. I didn’t want to have to purchase a new couch for every single rental, so I got this and it’s has performed flawlessly. It’s impermeable, absolutely nothing gets through it. It stays in place well with the texture on the back side, even with 3 dogs up and down and throwing fits on top of it. It washes well, I have run it through my washer and dryer countless times and it’s still in perfect condition. If you can’t wash, a lint roller will pick up almost everything on the surface of it. I came back to buy another one, not because there’s anything wrong with the one I have, I just like the idea of having an extra. I didn’t bother to tuck it in the picture, it’s just casually thrown on top of the couch in my rental condo. Couch beneath is pristine. l”ll buy again

BUYER BEWARE! I had buyer’s remorse after ordering a sofa cover and cancelled BEFORE IT WAS SHIPPED. Sweaterpicks then quickly mailed the product. When I contacted them they apologized and said they would send a return label, which they did not do. After several emails back and forth they offered only a credit or a 50% refund saying that they were taking a loss. The item is now selling for $49.99. Take your business elsewhere.

Bad quality, slow delivery! Photos on the website are misleading! Don’t be fooled by it. Trying to have you keep the trash products and refund you $15 for the products you paid for $89.
