This is my second couch cover from this company because I loved the first one so much. I like that it is soft (as not all other brands are), fits well, and is resistant to hairballs (a few happened on the cover and were easy to remove and wash afterwards without making a mess below). It is not waterproof, but resistant to some degree. My first one was burgundy and i washed and dried it so many times over the years and it did not shrink. The color faded only a little. Now I have a grey one.

Scam just like everyone else said. I bought from them because it says it was linen & Cotton blend but they shipped me polyester. When I try to refund they offered me 30$ refund and I paid 230$. Back-and-forth back-and-forth they finally said $100 maximum refund they’ll give me. Now that I’m reading these reviews, I’m thinking I’ll accept their hundred dollar refund rather than get nothing and They should be reported to htgeir hosting company.

I ordered this for a friend that needed to protect from dogs. It arrived quickly. I just saw it at her house. She and I both love it. Exactly what she needed. Great price. Everything about it is perfect!! So soft with a check pattern and texture. The color of blue is beautiful. And easy to put it on sofa. Ordered same for recliner and it is just as perfect!!

THIS IS A SCAM. The pieces did not fit my couch with the measurements they provided. Had to fold around and looked terrible. Tried to return and they DO NOT respond. Web-site says free shipping and free returns. From other reviews, I see that is not the case. FRAUD. Do not order.

On the website the company states they will issue refunds for items. We ordered couch covers which did not appear in person how they were portrayed on the website. We asked to return the items and went through an email chain where they offered to provide us $60 if we kept the items instead of returning them. We wanted to return them since the total price was $260. We had to pay $100 to ship them internationally back to China. Sweater Picks said they would reimburse us up to $40 of the shipping costs. However, We shipped them back in February of 2024 and still have not received a refund for the couch covers themselves or the $40 towards the shipping. Horrible company to deal with. Avoid Sweaterpicks at all costs.

I ordered chair covers that were supposed to come as a set of two. It has now been over two months since I inquired and was told the second cover was being shipped. Each time I inquire I receive the "The other package is currently being processed and is expected to arrive in 7-15 working days." It is clear it isn't coming. Lesson learned.

I ordered a sectional cover which would require 2 pieces and implication was that two pieces were going to ship. The price of 109$ US would have been ok for 2. What arrived was one piece and a small pillow case. I say that is a blatant scam. Been trying to send it back for a refund and so far no one is answering my emails and there seems to be no other way to get my money back. Let's see if paypal is on any help?? Update: took them 4 emails to finally answer and ignore my request for return and refund with them finally offering a 20$ discount which never arrived. So had paypal step in and force the promised discount after another 10 days. SWEATERPICKS IS 100% SCAM OPERATION. IF YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING A DEAL BEWARE.

The rug looks nothing like the photos. I ordered F02 and it looks like the pattern is printed on a very thin cheap piece of a rug. Customer service was responsive and offered me $30 for my dissatisfaction, or they said I could send it back to their address in China. “IF” the product makes it to their factory, I would be fully reimbursed $431. Please see screenshot for further details. DO NOT BUY!

The sofa cover was not the size ordered. The fabric was very poor quality. Their return policy states that sale items cannot be returned yet every item has a sale price. What a fraudulent business!

Dishonest return policy. The covers also did not fit at all for my L-shaped couch. Such a scam.

Worst quality fabric I have ever seen. Not an exageration. This material will not last one cleaning. Shame because I was duped into spending $500 for all the individual couch cover pieces. Total scam from china.

Update to previous review:

Was contacted by customer service after they read my previous review. Was told that he may be able to apply for a FedEx return label for me and the possibility of a full refund after they inspect their product. The catch is I would need to take down my bad review. Even though this is costing me almost $200, I will not accept this in hopes that my reviews will help other people not make the mistake I did. That prevention is worth the money to me. I can’t stress enough, DO NOT BUY from them. SCAM!!!

Total scam. Sweatherpick sent the wrong item, instead of a sofa cover, I basically received a shower curtain, wrong size and material. Despite these facts, they are requiring me to send back to China which will cost as much as the $139 item. Total scam. PayPal has had my case in dispute for weeks without resolution. I won't be using PayPal ever again.

THIS is actual return policy and my return shipping costs are going to be $160. People should be aware. Their Shopify store doesn’t clearly spell it out.

One star because the quality of the sofa covers I received was decent and I would have kept them if they hadn’t been too small. But the covers were clearly not going to fit no matter what so I tried to return the order. The company representatives so far will not provide me a return address and my return window is closing. They chat and email with me but literally do not respond to my request to return my covers. They keep trying to make me buy more covers despite me saying no thank you several times. I am super unhappy to be out $340. Even if I manage to get the address, I’d have to ship back to China which sounds like a not so easy or affordable thing to do. Read the negative reviews and believe them! I ran across them too late when I got curious about whether the runaround I was getting was the norm. Unfortunately there are soooo many reviews from people in a similar situation. This business should be taken off Shopify.

Ordered a rug and it looked nothing like the product online. I am requesting a full refund and a return address. The return address provided did not have a zip code. Also, some weird address in China. This company is a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Absolutely DO NOT order from this company. If you need to make a return, they'll bargain with you for less than 10% of what you paid. I had no less than 10 emails back and forth with them to attempt a return. If you do finally get a return address it's an industrial address in CHINA and the item will mysteriously be held in customs and this company will refuse to retrieve the item to provide you a refund. AVOID AT ALL COST.
