Poor quality products. The product doesn’t fit and looks cheap. Awful return experience. I’m about 10 emails deep and the company won’t honor a return. They keep asking me if I’m interested in other products. Obviously not. They said they’ll refund me $20 for a $89 product but I doubt I’ll ever receive it.

Absolutely horrible and awful quality. It did not fit at all. Sent so many emails asking for refund, and they confirm they had done it, but they actually never did it. Highly recommend you NOT TO BUY with this people. Nothing but scammers and thieves.

Trying to work with customer service to get a refund, currently 5 emails deep with a run around. They've sent more links to other products. I just want my $ back!!

I ordered two sofa covers and was unhappy with the color or fit. I emailed support to get a return label, and they are being difficult. I was charged an international fee when I made the order, so the company is not located in the US. It is doubtful they will give me a refund. Do not order from this company.

Awful product. Broke after one month use

Ordered a couch cover and chase to go over the longated part of the couch and only got the main couch cover. Reached out to customer support. Was made to take several photos to prove I was telling the truth. I was given 2 choices: send it back to China get my money back but pay 30.00 in postage and go through it taking weeks to be returned or take 30.00 to keep. So I took 30.00 to keep. But I should have gotten all of my money back since they messed up the order. It wasn't like I wanted to return it because I didn't like it.

I purchased two waterproof slipcovers for 86 in sofas. I received two covers that were not waterproof and could not possibly fit an 86 in sofa. I emailed the 24/7 customer service and did not hear a response. I'm filing a complaint with the ASA and for fraudulent advertisement and sales. Do not order from this company

One star is way too many for this company!!!! Extremely poor customer service. False advertising as well. The sofa and chair covers I ordered were 0% waterproof which was the only reason I ordered them! Stay away from these thieves!!!! Just out to steal your hard earned money!!!!!

This company is horrible do not order from them. If they are even legit !!

Super unprofessional and just incompetent customer support

I ordered over $300.00 merchandise. I received a partial order and received an email that the order has been fulfilled. I sent two emails and never received a response. I asked for a refund. No response. I asked for them to send the missing items. No response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

If you are in the market for slipcovers just don't buy them w sweaterpics! Yes I was dissapointed because they did not fit but equally as important they would not honor the 30 day return. They were slipcovers squished into a bag. They seemingly looked used. I never purchase anything if it can't be returned simply because you just never know. The measurements were correct they just would not fit. Don't buy w this company.

I was impressed with the material and how easy it was to keep the pattern lined up as I covered two 15-year-old love seats. They fit well, have a nice texture/feel, and look fantastic! I secured the extra material in the back with safety pins and used the foam rollers that came in the package to help keep the covers tight and in place. Otherwise, they were just cover-and-go!

Sweater picks originally sent the wrong sizes of linen sofa pet covers. I contacted them by email at their support center and quickly got a response that they would send the correct size piece to me. However after over a month I received the package and now it’s a completely different color than I ordered. I had cut and pasted the image of sofa cover and my original order (with an image of the proper sofa color in it). I have written to them again and hope to someday get the order I paid for, but my advice is not to buy from this company. They’re in China, and there is little if any QA on orders.

My cat has a behavioral issue and pees on my bed a lot. This cover has saved me so much time and frustration- and water! If he pees on it, I simply wipe it up with toilet paper and spray with odor remover. Sometimes the smell does permeate down to lower layers, but the liquid never does. Only con is if he sprays at an angle, it does splash and then I have spots of water everywhere.
This works so well I bought to cover other beds and also an extra in case one is being washed.

I love the material and how it looks so clean and neat. I will still be using this cover on a small couch that is designated "the dog's couch" which I keep covered at all times. I don't want "the wet spot" from him licking his paws, etc., or any hair and possible doggy smell going directly on the couch. This way, I can wash and dry the throw, put it back on the couch and everything stays smelling great. By the way, this washes and dry's really well and quickly.

This is a SCAM for sure. Do not order from these guys. I ordered a couch cover. One month later I receive a piece of upholstery fabric. No refunds.

My experience was just like everyone else. I ordered covers for my sectional not realizing this was based in China. The color and quality were horrible so I immediately emailed to get the address to return the items. (Pretty big red flag that you have to contact them to ask where they are located.) Customer service has emailed back and forth questioning the reason for the return, asking for photos, refusing to give me the address where they can be returned. They originally offered me $30 for the $210 I spent. They have since offered $100. I’m calling my bank in the morning and having them stop the payment. Should have checked here before I made the purchase.

As others have reported, this company’s Return Policy is bogus. They refuse to honor their stated commitment. Avoid them!

I have an older sofa with well worn upholstery but its a high quality piece and still structurally sound. I used to spend a lot on big name covers that were limited in color and fit and were a real pain to remove, wash and reapply. These couch covers come in so many colors and shades and are so affordable and well made that I have a closet full. I machine wash and dry them probably once or twice a month yet the colors remain true and the substantial stretchy fabric and elastics are still perfect after more than a year. Very easy to remove and reapply this one piece cover and achieve a reliably great fit. Always looks neat and stylish. Very satisfied with the quality and performance of these couch covers.

I purchased a rug from Sweaterpicks in May 2023. The rug looked nothing like what they had shown in the picture, so I decided to return it. Instead of accepting refund, they first offered my $40 back on an item costing almost $300. I decided I would rather ship it back, and paid over $100 dollars for shipping it back to China. The tracking showed the package reached them in Sept, and then they decided it to return to sender, so the package came back to me in Nov. One year later, and after repeated emails, they have refused to provide a refund. It's clear that the products the company sells are inferior and customer service is a scam.
