After some back-and-forth (16 emails), the company has processed my refund for an irregular shape rug purchase. While the resolution process wasn't as prompt or seamless as I'd hoped, I do appreciate that they were responsive and eventually addressed my concerns and issued the refund. It's not a perfect experience, but I'm glad to have the matter resolved.

I suggest that the company is transparent or finds a way to solve the issue of the shipment coming directly from China, which makes the return of the product difficult and expensive. Some of us buy things from new providers only when we know the return and refund could be easy. It's not necessarily the company's fault, but logistically, it is complicated, and the process can be frustrating from both sides.

I want to be kind and positive with this review but also honest. I'm glad this was resolved; I wish it would've been easier for both sides.

My husband ordered an irregular rug for our baby nursery and we laughed as soon as we opened the package (worthy of a meme “what you expected” vs. “what you get”). Appalling quality, mockable design attempt and a price tag that triggers indignation. We contacted them for a refund the very day we received the package. We were contacted a few days later with an offer to refund a few bucks and to keep the rug. The seller even had the nerves to let us know that they only made a margin of $6 on that sale. We were offered $20, then $30, then $50 then $60 when all we had been asking for is a return slip. It was promised with a full refund several weeks ago - Still waiting in vain. We are not laughing anymore - Never seen such an audacious scammer.

I order a rug from here and it was not what I expected but they did follow through with their commitment to fully refund my money and did not require me to return the item. Thats comittment!! Thank you

The only good thing I can say is that the shipping was somewhat quick considering it comes from China directly. The ”rug” looks more like a moving pad with an awful print on the top of the material which is almost felt-like. The sofa cover is decent material except for the fact that I measured exactly how the site tells you to and it still doesn’t fit. Unfortunately I researched the company after I ordered or else I wouldn’t have bought from them. I haven’t heard back but I read reviews stating the company is a hassle to deal with. So save your money and don’t buy from this site

Horrible company. Sent over 15 emails trying to return the product over 2 weeks and finally got the return address. Save your money & shop elsewhere.

I ordered three couch covers from this company. The quality appears good, but I want to return two. I've sent them five emails requesting the return address (which is not listed on their website). Over the course of a week, they sent me 3 replies trying to get me to do an exchange instead of a return. They have not provided a return address.

Great customer service. We received our rug in about 2 weeks as it shipped from overseas. It was packaged well and compactly, making it easy to get in the house. The material is soft and had a built in non-slip base. We had some questions post-delivery and the customer service agent was very friendly/quick to keep working with us.

TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT purchase! Terrible product that does not fit! You will not get your money back!

After sales support is excellent and worked with you quickly to address any concerns. I would recommend this seller to look for your need.

The products do not look as pictured. They advertise returns on their website, but when I reached out they tried to give me a small refund instead of returning the items. Given that they advertise returns on their website, I was insistent on sending the items back.

It took forever to get the return address. I returned the items to the address they provided (which I had to pay $100+ out of my own pocket), and the items were never delivered.

From start to finish, their team has been extremely unhelpful and difficult to communicate with. I disputed the charge on my credit card, and the company promised to refund me. I never received the refund, and they have stopped responding to me altogether.

I wasted 7 months of time trying to get a refund for items that were extremely low quality. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and to this date still haven't received the refund that they promised in writing.

This website is a complete scam. Spend your money elsewhere.

Terrible Customer Service. I ordered over $400.00 in couch covers. They did not fit (I measured), nor look like the pictures. I immediately followed the return instructions and after a week of back and forth they sent me the following email:

They know you are not going to send back the items so they have just made a huge profit on a sale. This company is full of scammers!!!!!!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD!! BEWARE. I will proceed to report them to every organization I can.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Not only is the rug a cheap, knock off, poor quality item. Customer Service will scam you out of your money. This company is based in China and they'll refuse to send you a return label or tell you the shipping address. Waste of money. There should be a law against this.

The fabric is really comfortable and soft, and the customer service was actually really fast and really helpful/accommodating

My order was delivered within a reasonable time and the rug looked similar to the photos in the website however, the dimensions did not fit well so I decided to return it. They did reject paying for the return cost but, gave me other options. The customer care associate was prompt in replying to my emails. I’m still pending a refund on my product but, expect it to come through in a week or so.

My cover is lovely and really adds to the room. They worked hard to get my order right.

This company is in China. No Instagram account. They are false advertising rugs and sending different ones. No response for refund.

Sent me the wrong color rug, promised to send the correct color and never happened. Also, no where does it say the stuff ships from China. They just go back and forth with email wanting the same information 20 times forcing you to go beyond the 30 day return period. I'm not paying for shipping to send back to China for their mistake. Needless to say the rug was very poor quality anyway as it just keeps shedding material all over the place.

Needed to return the we ordered product as it arrived way to late and we could no longer make use of the product. The company tactic is that it is shipped from China which makes it a waste of the consumers time and money to ever try to send it back for a refund. After spending $300 we were offered $20 after asking to return. The same company sells the same product on amazing for half the price. It’s time we begin supporting local and American made products so these scams end.
