I had an issue with my order going missing once it was handed over to RM for delivery. This was swiftly resolved once I notified the company of the issue and I promptly received a replacement a few days later. Great customer service. Sweets are excellent and would be happy to purchase from again.

My order arrived very quickly and well packaged. Very reasonably priced for a great selection of Irn Bru confectionery that isn't readily available in local stores or supermarkets. Bought this selection as part of a Christmas hamper for family in England who love anything Irn Bru, so wanted something special. Will be passing on this companies details to them as I think they'll want to place their own orders. I bought an extra bag of the Irn Bru bottles as we hadn't tried these before & we really like the flavour and slight fizz (not sour) of these and will definitely be buying more for ourselves. Highly recommend this seller.

Great product delivered in a timely manner, well packaged and value for money

Brilliant choice of sweets, order received within 2days very well packaged.

Ordered my usual item , paid correct price & postage ; took over ten days to hear anything & then have a card posted through my door from Royal Mail lack of postage charges from sender ..of £4.80 , bear in mind I’ve just paid £3.99 so that would be nearly £9.00 in postal charge; that’s outrageous & sweet memories customer service are very negative in dealing wiv it ?
So angry and disappointed in them , so as it goes still waiting for my sweets and or refund .. NOT VERY GOOD BEHIND THE SCENES !
I’m sorry but what’s that got to do with my order ??
I’ve told you what the problem is and the reason , but you still haven’t resolved the issues , just telling me what I already know ???

I am absolutely blown away by the quality of my order! Each bag of 100g sweets was under £1, the cheapest was 70p! I haven’t ordered sweets this cheap since the 90s! Not only are they cheap but they are the highest quality possible! They were absolutely delicious! Plus the Fruit crumbles are very hard to find them, so when I have found them in the past they are usually £4+ they also arrived extremely quickly! So I would definitely use this company again and again! Thank you so much for making the entire experience so enjoyable!!
