My ancient boiler needed changing and I’m so glad I’ve found Switched On. From getting a quotation from Dave and the new boiler being fit in by Joe and Andrew, the experience was seamless and everyone was fantastic. The admin team was also very prompt and helpful. It’s hard to find a trustworthy trader in London sometimes, but Switched On is firmly saved in my phone book from now on!

We have used Switched On for a number of Plumbing jobs over the last few years and always found both communication and quality of the jobs excellent. We recently used their electrical department for two jobs of moving light fittings, both times Paul W was great, very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. Would recommend

Mehdi and Arber completed a range of electrical jobs for us this week including installing a new consumer unit. Both were brilliant - friendly, courteous and professional. We've also had previously had Harry on site with us for a week completing a major bathroom refurb including tiling - he was great to have around and his work is second to none. Finally, we've had Ryan clear our tenant's drains for us recently - he's a lovely guy who went out of his way to ensure he got to the root cause of the issue rather than just going for the easy fix and we haven't had any issues since.

All the Switched On staff are a credit to the company and we’re really happy with all the work we've had done.

Not impressed with them at all. They asked for my feedback, I've given it to them and no one has responded. I'd be happy to chat the below with them.

1. Communication lacking. Very quick to take payment, very slow to confirm the job. Plumber late to the appt today so was left waiting around for him to arrive.
2. Cost. Plumber was here for 45 minutes to replace a part that costs less than £50 but charged over £300.
3. Mess. On both occasions plumber left a mess on the kitchen work surfaces. On the second occasion the plumber left marks in my marble worktop.
4. Job quality. Plumber obviously didn’t test the system after the repair, completed the job and left the house. 10 mins later we had to call him to come back as the boiler system was still losing pressure and there was a leak I had actually pointed out at the start of the work. He just left it. When he came back he did the quickest dirtiest fix he could do to get out of there as quickly as possible. He’s left one of my pipes capped off to bypass a faulty pressure valve instead of replacing it. I’m now left with little confidence the job has been done to a good standard.

Capable, fast, and polite. Explained what was going on. Adapted to the complexities the job presented. Overall really happy with his work.

Very easy booking process - managed to arrange for an electrician to come on a Saturday which was great as it meant I didn't need to take any time off work. Electrician arrived on time and worked really quickly which saved me money in the end! Electrician was called Paul and was very helpful, properly explaining everything so I wouldn't have to call an electrician every time and I could fix it myself if broken again. As I said, Paul worked very quickly and completed the work tidily and efficiently so we could both continue with our weekend! I will certainly be using SwitchedOn again and if I can, I'll be requesting Paul too.

Luke and Mehdi did a major switch board upgrade to my house and I have never had as good a customer experience from trades services before! They were extremely profient, friendly, tidy and helpful. Luke even brought a tennis ball to entertain my dog who was keen to help. I would hire them/Switched On again in a heartbeat. 5 Star service. Melissa

mehdi and Luke are excellent staff . They should be given a credit ! They are diligent and always to help . Luke is very responsible and helpful by all means . He works positively and he works really well . There is no doubt that Luke is a very professional staff ! I highly recommend him as the best staff in your company !

Mehdi replaced our garden security light on 21/10/2024. He did an excellent job a very knowledgeable young man and an asset to Switched on London. Have used this company for various jobs and have always been delighted with the outcome and recommend them to friends and family.

Lewis was excellent - he quickly identified the problem, explained it in a way I could understand and got a new part within an hour.

Louis sorted out a very severe leak from mains in our basement. Although the job was scheduled late in the afternoon, he worked with his team to source available MDPE (mains water pipes) fittings for what looks like a solid semi-permanent fix.

Lewis was very friendly and helpful. The job wasn’t straightforward in the end, but he excelled at resolving the issue.

Aiden who did a fantastic job for my boiler installation. Paul and Marco are very supportive for the touch up works after boiler installation.
