Kenton (?) completed a thorough service on my boiler whilst we shared our views on life and the universe-a most enlightening experience!
He also passed on some useful tips as to using the boiler more efficiently.

I have used Switched On for various plumbing and electrical jobs.... What I love about them..... Technology.... I can contact them at any time and they respond... WhatsApp on a Sunday and yes, they respond.
Human interaction... The human part of the organisation is always superb, they respond to my requests - no three week waiting time rubbish - just immediate and organised.

Very helpful with new boiler!
I needed a new boiler and know nothing about boilers. I called Switched On London (who I've used on many occasions before) and they were really helpful with advice, helping me to find the right boiler for my flat. They came and installed it (installing a new gas cooker while they were there) and I arrived home to a lovely toasty warm flat! I would highly recommend Switch On London for any new boilers!

Disappointing!
Switched on
A very frustrating and painful experience. After a short circuit in the flat left me without a boiler, I called switched on, which were quick to book a repair. I was given a 2-hour window 2-4, and frustratingly the electrician arrived after four knowing that they usually finish at 5! I explained the issue and the most likely location of the issue, but understandably, he had to go through the whole circuit to check. In my inexperienced eyes, he was struggling and could not identify the issue for more than an hour and a half and needed the help of his supervisor, who came by and guided him.
As a result, even after invoicing for 3.5 hours, they left the wiring in a temporary fix so they could return to complete the job. I had to chase them up for the revisit and then was sent another quotation for another £300+!! After contacting them with my discontent due to being asked to be charged twice an extortionate amount, they didn’t even leave me a circuit drawing to explain what they did temporarily so that I could not seek any other source.
This experience was very disappointing and highly frustrating. In the end, another electrician fixed the problem for nearly a third of what they quoted me, and ironically the line manager asked me not to leave negative feedback!
I would ask you to be wary as I will not be using their services again!

Friendly and quick emergency electrician
After a leak affected our mains-connected fire alarms the emergency electrician came out really quickly, was super friendly and made sure the electrics were all safe so we could turn everything back on. Thanks Paul! :)

Easy to reach. The team will do their best to accommodate your needs and to come and fix as soon as they can. They usually have all the tools/ basic equipments they need in the van, so once they are here, you can consider the issue solved. They provide quotes very promptly and do their best to find available staff in a very timely manner.
