This was my second experience of this company and both times were good. In a world where one can't find a reliable company this company is a breath of fresh air. Great communication and reliable tradespeople. Arber turned up and I was very pleased with his work. I will definitely use this company again. Easy to book online and also good to phone as well

We had our old Unvented hot water Cylinder replaced , it was carried out very professionally and full care even though it was located in the basement.

Switched On prepared an EICR for a property that I went on to buy. It was a smooth process throughout and the surveyor was very diligent.

Friendly booking service, and we’re helpful to inform me about timings and delays etc.

David was the technician who came to inspect my ASHP. He was friendly and polite, and came in and quickly got to it.

He told me what he thought was wrong (some settings), and that he cleaned out the filter on the Heat Pump.

He then took the time to explain what changes he made, why he made them and just gave a general explanation on how the system works. Being new to ASHP I had a lot of question that he patiently answered.

David was very knowledgeable and was even kind enough (as I had some time left for the pre booked hour) to help me with adjusting the valve on my showers to allow more hot water!

Outstanding service & work from Paul & Mehdi from Switched On London. Paul is a highly skilled electrician who was a God send during the fitting of complex install of suspended lighting. With additional electrical tasks also. Paul & Mehdi went above & beyond wherever possible. With minimum direction / instruction they completed a mammoth task with efficiency. They were a joy to have on site. Highly recommend. Thank you James at Switched On London for providing us with these incredible workmen.

Paul Walker is the absolute best! He installed a new fuse box and replaced some wiring for me. He was incredibly helpful, took the time to explain everything clearly, and cleaned up after the job. I’ve always had brilliant service from the Switched On team, and Paul is the icing on the cake. I have used Switched On for all my plumbing and gas needs for over 8 years now. I have also referred them to many other happy customers. On this occasion, a garden tap that had been fitted a few months ago was leaking again. Switched On wanted to send back the same engineer who came out and fixed the issue with no additional cost to me. I wouldn’t dream of using anyone but them for my boiler. They fitted a new one when I moved into my house and the old one went bust after a couple of days. David, Shauna and the rest of the team are professional, kind, accommodating and always available at short notice to sort things out. I can’t recommend them highly enough and am so glad that they have just won a local award for the work they do.

David was excellent when he came to sort out a leak behind my toilet. Despite having to work in a very tight area he was friendly, efficient and kept the area clean. Based on this experience with David, I would use Switched On again and recommend to friends.
