Excellent service! Paul was very professional and explained the installation of my bathroom fans along with a couple of options of where to run cables, etc. The finished installation was excellent in that there is only a tiny amount of retouching paintwork to be done (much less than expected).

Marco the engineer was great. He was prompt, very helpful and friendly, and he explained exactly what he was doing. He also tidied up afterwards!

Aidan was exceptional. He was so helpful and understanding. He answered all my questions and was super professional. Highly recommend such a great experience.

I have worked alongside David his team at Switched On for many years now and have always found them the be efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend!!!

Switched on London were recommended to me by a friend when my boiler failed. My usual company didn't think it was economic to repair but couldn't replace it for a few days. Switched on sent someone around the same evening I contacted them and they provided a free quote within a couple of hours. By 8am the following morning two engineers (Nick and Charles) arrived and had finished the job by 3.30pm, less than 22hrs after my first contact. They clearly took a lot of pride in their work, did a fantastic job and were really personable. The level and efficiency of communication was also excellent. I couldn't be more impressed .

The service we received was excellent, Devon and Casey were polite, thoughtful and tidy. From quoting to completion the process has been smooth and professional. Will be using Switched On again.

David and his company restored our faith in boiler servicing / repair companies. After we felt extorted by another firm a couple of years ago, we were apprehensive about calling anyone else out but the SwitchedOn team were responsive and the engineer they sent out (Fenton) was both competent and courteous - as evidenced when he didn't bat an eyelid upon discovering the boiler was in a cramped outdoor recess for such a tall, large man! We recommend them with no hesitation.

Abit of a hit and miss, and I have used them for electricity, plumbing etc. They are good for small jobs and fixes, but when I asked them to install my shower panel it was attached crooked. They offered a discount for that so I continued to use them for other jobs because they can come quickly when called.

Recently their communications have been very poor with phone and email. An engineer who came out to fix our pneumatic switch left before I realized the switch wasn't turning off. We were billed for his return because the switch was faulty, but honestly I didn't think it was fair we had to pay for the manpower cost for that because who leaves a pneumatic switch on overnight?

Just be wary they are good for simple tasks only.

All good. Replacement of a consumer unit no longer up to code with a SPD Wylex box. As usual notification of works 24hrs prior, Luke arrived on time, asked if it was shoes on or off kind of house and that set the general tone of how the work was completed. Approx 4hr job, carried out without fuss, with consultation re any options and to make sure I was happy. Couple of admin niggles, but nothing untoward. He was prepped, I was prepped and tea was offered and accepted - all went smoothly.
I'm happy to recommend SO, I was using them before they expanded up to the present day - the new staff have clearly been vetted for appropriate fit into the company culture, which shows, I've had 4-5 different members carry out gas and electrical jobs, all of whom have been on time, courteous and aware that working in someone's property can be intrusive.

I can’t recommend this company enough and I’ve been using them for the past 5 years!

We have used them for our annual boiler service and any electrical issues we come across but most recent works carried out by them was installing our new shower enclosure after our existing broke. It was annoyingly discontinued and the existing enclosure was fitted around our wetroom floor tiles, so I was really nervous about ordering a new model that may not fit.

Switched on were so helpful and even popped around before the existing enclosure was removed to see my situation then after removing it they waited until I’d ordered a replacement before fitting a new one.

They did such a brilliant job and nothing was too much trouble.

I’ve used this company a bunch of times & they’ve always been professional, friendly & reliable with a great standard of work.

I've used Switched on a few times for plumbing issues and have always been impressed. This week a hole appeared in one of my radiators, they were able to come out the same day to make it safe and back the day after to fit a replacement. Speedy, efficient, will always use them.

David swiftly identified the source of the low cold water flow problem in my bathroom and replace the relevant valve in the loft. The flow is now better than it has been for years, thank you.
