Appalling! AVOID! Emails ignored!

I ordered and paid for a bag on 22.5.24, it was delivered 24.5.24. I requested a return on 30.5.24. They offered small refund if I kept the bag )very odd). I declined and returned the bag. It was confirmed received by them on 12.6.24!(Royal Mail). Despite sending emails I STILL HAVE NO REFUND!! They ignore messages and have now had the bag AND my money since the 12th June!! This is the worst retailer I have had dealings with. I have been completely ripped off by them. Avoid unless you expect a perfect bag that suits your needs. They are not interested in you after they have your money.

I had ordered a bag and when it didn't…

I had ordered a bag and when it didn't come after a week I contacted them. They thought it had got lost in transit and immediately sent the ordered bag. This arrived the next day and I am very pleased with it. Great quality and very stylish. Thank you and well done on your customer service Swolit. Definitely will be shopping with you again.

Great item - use of website not so great.

The item I ordered was not quite the one I wanted…wanted one with the key chain…bit the options on the website would not let me order one with chain…I could select the colour from the two options…but the only option was “without chain”….one would assume that because the wallet featured had a chain…that was the option unless stated otherwise. Not so, I tried every which way for nearly an hour, tried the chat box and even phoned direct…in the end I had no option but to select the colour I wanted, but without the chain. Was quite upset as it is for a HD owner and life long fanatic. Think you should check the website out…to save losing orders…I did order as it was required for a big birthday and did not want to disappoint.Others just may not bother.
The item arrived within two days and looks great, but would have been better with the chain.
