The bags look absolutely great on the website. Unfortunately delivery is very slow. It’s been a week & they still haven’t dispatched my order. In fact I received an email today to tell me that one of the items is now in fact out of stock.
It’s very frustrating that the communication was so slow, especially as the bag had been ordered for a holiday.
Definitely won’t be using them again.
I appreciate that these things happen but to wait a week to receive any kind of communication is extremely poor customer service.

I ordered a bag,sent me the wrong bag. They offered a small discount to keep. I declined and returned via Royal Mail. I waited a month for refund. I emailed twice to chase refund they deducted money out of my account instead of refunding me. I changed my credit card and contacted my bank to raise a dispute. Not worth the headache. They ignored my email when I challenged the deduction without my permission.
