Absolutely rubbish quality - not as shown on the advert at all! Totally fell for the advert believing it to be genuine - do not go near them! Trying to return but they are not responding to my emails! Do not buy from them & not UK based either - rubbish

Do not be tempted to buy anything from this company. It is a scam. I am trying to return and get a refund on a blouse but have been met with one stalling tactic after another. I am still waiting ( after days of email exchanges) to be given the details for how to make a return. I am giving up hope...

This company is a con. Don't touch them. Clothes not as described. Not linen as claimed but synthet ic. No labels in garments. Style not as in images
Poorly stitched. No labels.

Ordered on 22 August arrived today 3 September. Very substandard. DO NOT order from this site. The clothes are very poor quality, cheaply made and not as advertised. I thought I was ordering linen blouse and trousers. Certainly feel like viscose. No labels in them.
Looks like I’m not the only one to have fallen for this. They should be reported to trading standards. I checked their website looks like they have a decent shop in London. It must be a front for cheap imports.

When the trousers I ordered arrived, the colour wasn’t as depicted and the quality is very poor/cheap feeling. There are zero labels so I don’t know what they’re made of nor how to wash them.
When I looked at returning them, returns are to Asia at buyer’s expense!

The money came out of my bank 18th August. No communication no tracking info. The goods arrived yesterday 1st September. The quality is substantially substandard very poor and cheap. They give the impression of 2 nice English sisters. It comes from China. It is a salutory lesson never buy anything on Facebook without checking trustpilot

I wish I had checked this before ordering. Blouses advertised as linen. Cheap cotton and poorly made.
Have tried to email for a refund but have had no response! Awful!!

Similar to the reviews I have now read. I was misled thinking this company was legitimate and UK based. The quality of my jumper and trousers are very poor and not as described and were not cheap. It is not possible to obtain a refund and return as their website indicates. I could only obtain a 25% refund after multiple emails of complaint. I have learned a valuable lesson.

This companies advertising suggests you are buying from a UK based business with two sisters running it. This is complete rubbish and misleading. The company is Chinese and the product is delivered from china.
Usually I check out companies who advertise on face book with Trust pilot but didn’t this time -I should’ve done.
The trousers are of very poor quality -very thin. Supposed to be cotton/linen mix -more like viscose.
My advice would be not to buy from this site I certainly won’t ever again.

I followed the returns policy instructions which involve emailing all my details and a photo of the goods. It immediately bounced back.
I rarely make impulse buys from such sites and would urge people to avoid this company at all costs!

I would give minus 10 rating if I could. Do not buy from this company.
Took ages to get goods. Cheap and chatty feel to them. No purchase information or return info. I’ve sent many emails asking for refunds but the few replies I’ve had are trying to bribe me with money off next order if only I will keep the goods.
They now say I will need to send back to China at my own expense which may be high.

They claim to be UK based, with a wholesome story about 2 sisters in London, but it is a front for a Chinese company selling unbranded products with no labels.
Not as advertised.
Delivery took over 2 weeks because they are flying things from china.
Customer service is non existent.

A totally bad experience.
I'll never buy anything advertised on Facebook again.

I ordered from this company two weeks ago and despite several messages to their ‘24 contact service’ I have not received the goods or my requested refund. I am considering my next step as they are not responding as I would expect. Reading these reviews, like others I am concerned.

I would not recommend this company! Item took a long time for delivery. Wrong colour. No labels. Thin cheap fabric. Very disappointed!!

Received order today from Sylvia & Grace. Had not realised company based in Asia not UK.
Product didn't match website photo and of very poor quality and not worth the money.
Don't touch this company.

Ordered DARK grey trousers which were light grey.
Quality is equal to primark!
The company market themselves as uk based but, as previous reviewer said it’s manufactured in China!
Looks can be deceiving, and in this case they are!
As others have said, it seems as though this could be a scam.

The trousers I bought were poor quality, not the style as per the photos, or the fabric. The picture suggested a linen mix fabric the actual trousers were a synthetic fabric which looked cheap. The return postage and consumer experience prevented me from returning.

Appalling customer service. Poor quality item, not true to size and very little response from customer service. They seem intent on putting obstacles in the way to avoid returns and refunds. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from this company!
I have not received my order and I have emailed them several times and still no response! You cannot call them as no contact phone number.
I want a refund as I have not received my order.
I lowest mark I could give was one star but this company does not deserve one star, they only deserve no starts,
