DON’T ORDER from this company. Total scam. It’s not a small boutique in London, the very poor quality goods came from China. I returned mine for a refund but they just sent the complete rubbish ba... See more

I totally echo everything already said here. Complete con.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
I also ordered the lovely cotton and linen trousers shown in the pic and received flimsy revolting things nothing like them.
I checked first and they looked genuine. So clever, and so deceptive.
There is another circulating on fb now too, called Emlyn Boutique. BEWARE
Has anyone managed to get a refund without retuning the article to China?

They say on their website that they’re London based, but the clothing is coming from China.
They also say the will reply to messages
and emails within 24 hours but they don’t.
They are misrepresenting their credentials.
I thought I was ordering from a genuine boutique in London, there is no such boutique in London. Still waiting for items to arrive 10 days later. I have tried to cancel the order, but get no reply. £80.00 was taken from my account 8 days ago.
BEWARE of this company.
This company is not what it seems. Listen to scam secrets bbbc radio4 on bbc Sounds. It markets itself as a wholesome English company but it isn't what it seems. More worrying is that it is all a scam to harvest your data, name, bank details, address, email address for other criminal activity. DO NOT purchase from them.

11 days since ordering and still no delivery. Not much communication. Had I known this was a Chinese company I wouldn't have ordered. Rubbish!
Bad experience with this company
Bad experience with this company - BEWARE. Bought a pair of “linen and cotton” trousers which took 2 weeks+ to arrive. Came in a tiny package with the trousers squeezed into a plastic bag. The material is cheap calico, coarse and so thin, its practically see through. There was no label, tag or care instruction on the garment. Contacted S&G for refund and was offered 15% reduction on the price or to send to China at own expense for refund. Not happy!!
