The blouse I bought looked just right in the photos and was supposed to be linen and I was lead to believe it was a British small company selling quality clothing. Not so as this was sent from China and in reality it was a bad fit, thin fabric (poly mix at best), no labelling whatever so who knows! Plus cheap and shoddy manufacturing. Only use would be as a duster! I'm only glad I wasn't tempted to get 2 colours. Obviously I have asked for a refund and I hope that isn't a problem.

I would also select zero stars if this was an option. I have had the same experience as other customers with extremely poor quality trousers that I am trying to return. They have offered me the same terms as others have described. I have written to them this morning giving them seven working days to provide a UK address to return the goods and make a full refund. If I do not receive this I will also report them to Trading Standards, hopefully if enough customers do this then this shocking company will have to change their approach or cease trading. If this business genuinely is run by two sisters as claimed I hope that they apologise for their unethical behaviour.

I ordered some trousers from this company and when they arrived the material was cheap and not at all as expected. As they had said that you could return them within 30 days for a full refund I naturally decided to return them. There then followed very politely worded emails asking me to photograph them and then they would give me the information to return them.
However after this they offered me the opportunity to keep them with a 15% refund as a gesture of goodwill!!
Or they would send me details of how to send them to China and that it would be very costly!
I have emailed back saying I want a full refund and now they are ignoring me!!
Do not use this company!!!

Same as other reviews - trousers were very poor quality and totally different colour, style and material to advertised. Customer has to pay shipping to China to return - so a total scam, you’re never getting a refund even though the products and ‘small business’ have been completely misrepresented. Do not buy anything from this company.

I was anxious that I had been scammed and after reading the reviews I was resigned to putting it down to experience. However, the blouse I received was ok. The material was a bit cheap maybe but the blouse is definitely wearable and fitted well. I like the style and it was cheap so though I wouldn’t order anything else I feel satisfied with result.

Very similar experience to all the other reviews. Bought trousers which, when they eventually arrived, were not the colour showing on their site plus the quality was shockingly poor.
Took several emails to get response from them - they offered a measly 15% ‘goodwill’ gesture refund or said I could return them by post to China for refund which would probably take so long, the returns period would have expired by the time they got there.
False advertising - Uk base - not. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered two 'linen' tops but what arrived was two really poor quality tops, not linen and didn't match the pictures, either in design or colour.
'Customer Services' were responsive and it took me a long time to get an acceptable level of refund from them and with no requirement to return the items. I ordered from an advert I saw on Facebook so that's lesson learned by me - will never do that again. Avoid this company, they're not a UK company and returns have to be sent back to China at your own expense.

Goods were of poor quality and still waiting to hear from them how to return item!! I believe it’s Asia!!! Trousers didn’t look like the picture!

No star if possible. Ordered over two weeks ago, no order number, no contact , no goods. No reply to email, despite the company saying they are available 24 hours. However, company took payment immediately - luckily not very much.
Set up as a very respectable British company but clearly isn't. Couldn't possibly find anything good to say about this set up.

I would give it zero if I could. Absolutely rubbish quality and have to pay for shipping to Asia to return. This is misleading as it looks like a British store but it’s cheap Chinese rubbish. Do not buy from this company.

Absolutely APPALLING service. The Company makes out it is British and implies it sells Briyish goods.
The orders come from Asia once an order has been placed and paid for. I think mine took two weeks to arrive.
The shirt was advertised as linen. It is actually a very cheap man-made fibre with substandard sewing.
The advert gives a full refund if not perfectly satisfied. I enquired about returning it and was advised that I would need to pay postage back to Asia and was advised that this would be expensive.
My advice to anyone is DO NOT BUY from this Company. I would have given a zero score if available.

Wish I’d seen these reviews first but when I originally checked trustpilot this company didn’t come up. Poor quality clothing, nothing like the pictures. I too thought the company was UK based (hence why I risked ordering), their website is extremely misleading. I want to return all 3 items but am getting no response to my emails asking where to return them. I’m going to report to trading standards if I don’t hear back soon. I feel such a fool for parting my money for this awful clothing.

Update: I returned the items at huge expense and they are now stuck at customs in China. I don’t know how this company is even allowed to advertise. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM would be my advice!

Do not buy from this company. Tried to return their inferior linen trousers made from cheap fabric, and not at all like the online pictures. Made in China rubbish. Too many company’s popping up claiming to be UK based, but at the end of the day they want you to return items back to China at your expense, and offering ridiculous price as a gesture of goodwill, which there is none!!

I feel a fool for ordering from this company but fortunately only ordered one item. What eventually arrived bears no resemblance to what was advertised so my £29.95 purchase is probably worth less than £5 on a local market.

Do not buy from this company. The item I bought looked great on their website but the quality is appalling, the fabric is cheap and nasty, and the colour is nothing like the picture. Like other reviewers I wish I'd read the reviews before buying. This is not a UK company any returns have to be returned at your expense to Asia. If it had been possible I wouldn't give it one star!

Totally echo what others have said - they masquerade as a UK company “UK based company. Proudly based in the heart of the United Kingdom since 2013”, UK email address and London office! Everything comes from China and returns have to go back to China at your expense! I ordered a Snow White coloured top (which is actually cream) and a pair of trousers which you can see my knickers thru as quality of material is so poor!! I’m mad at my stupidity for ordering from them. I’m in process of trying to organise a return but was offered the 15% discount to keep products🤬. Updated - after lots of emails I was offered a 25% discount to keep them then a 50%discount to keep, both which I’ve refused. I’ve now been given returns form to send them to some unbelievably bizarre address in China! Watch this space!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
A U.K. company, maybe, but the products I ordered came directly from China.
Poor quality, not as described or shown on website.
Although advertised, their returns policy means that to get a refund the products have to be sent back to their warehouse in China at my expense.
To be fair their Ts and Cs do say all this, but you have to search for them.
I will never use them again and would suggest that anyone who does, needs to be aware and carefully before placing any order.
