Terrible!
Absolutely horrible service! They were eager to take my money but that's where the enthusiasm ended. Currently in Day 9 of post-travel and no results so tomorrow I can release anyway. This after paying them 99 quid. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!

Do not waste your money for Test to…
Do not waste your money for Test to release. I ordered my test from Synlab, paid £99. It meant to shorten my self - isolation period. Today is 9th day of my self-isolation, and I don't have results yet. Do not waste your money; you would be better of self-isolating for 10 days without a test.

Another scam chosen by government
Another scam chosen by government. Staff in training for weeks. No response from the company. Did not fly because of the tier 4, requested a refund straight away, no response, no refund. Please avoid. I have lost £300 for Covid tests with different labs and I am shocked that they are still allowed to be open.

Slow customer services
I booked a test to release PCR through Synlab. Unfortunately I needed to cancel but haven’t been able to reach anybody in their customer service department since Dec 26th. No replies to emails and nobody is picking up the line (voice message says the team is in training on Dec 29th for the day). They eventually came back by email on the 30th and the issue was resolved.
