I have ordered and paid for a necklace and not seen an invoice or necklace. The contact form won’t go beyond proving I am not a robot so I can’t contact. Thinking it is a scam and am about to reverse payment.

If you like a choker
I ordered an infinity knot for my wife for our anniversary.
The knot itself is beautiful....but my wife didn't get to wear it when I took her out for a meal to celebrate - the chain wouldn't go halfway round her neck, let alone dangle the knot as shown. Emailed more than once, no reply

Dont buy. tarnishes quickly and there is zero customer support. Waste of money.
Thanks for response Talia Rae on this forum. Still awaiting the response from your customer service team. The necklace is not tarnished but the metal has faded/ more solver than gold. So the question is will you send the replacement as per the guarantee you offer?

Avoid!
I ordered an infinity knot necklace for a special occasion. I never received the item and despite messaging the company on face book messenger and sending 3 emails I never received a single response. Appalling customer service. I can’t comment on the jewellery itself as it was never received. Avoid this company.

Not refunded my money
My son originally ordered a necklace but had forgotten to put the address on correctly so I contacted customer services and they said it would be returned to them so in the meantime I ordered another of the necklace as it was a gift needed.
The first necklace he ordered then still arrived a week or so later so I returned it and paid for royal mail tracked delivery. This was last year and I still haven't received my refund even though I have sent proof to show they received the necklace back. I have emailed and no response.
I also sent proof that the necklace reached you at your office and had no response from customer services back to the pictures

Wrong item sent and nobody answered on customer service line - took many days to get a reply. Very disappointing and missed giving the necklace to my daughter on her wedding day. No refund offered despite paying extra for express delivery. If you want the right item on a tight deadline then do not use this company.

Completely ignored by customer service
Purchased a necklace for my wife in November 2021. It went very severely tarnished after only a few weeks. Contacted Talia-Rae to ask about cleaning/tarnish removal. They advised to use a jewelry cleaner. Several different jewelry cleaners later, the necklace still looked very bad. Contacted Talia-Rae to request a refund as I was not happy with the quality of the product. Completely ignored by them despite multiple attempts to contact them via their website, Facebook and Instagram. Avoid this company at all costs - the jewelry is of poor quality material and their customer service is non-existent.
Edit- the response from Talia-Rae below does not answer for the fact that they ignored me for over a year. They are still trying to fob me off with cleaning instructions and their grammatically poor response should serve as a further warning that this company cannot be trusted. I am still pursuing a full refund despite this shoddy response.

My worst online shopping experience
My husband ordered a surprise necklace from Talia Rae website as a valentine gift for me his wife. I was not home and royal mail claimed it was incorrectly addressed so they sent it back to them. The necklace has long been delivered back to their warehouse since the 15th of February but up until today, 7th of March, the necklace hasn’t been redelivered of giving us a refund if it can’t be redelivered. My husband and I have sent so many emails but nothing happened till date. They no longer reply us and they are not able to verify they received it. I have gone back to Royal Mail twice and they confirmed that they delivered it back to Talia Rae. I sent so many emails but nothing happened. A whole £72.89 wasted as well as the valentine surprise. Very bad customer service. No phone number to even call directly. Never Ever going to buy anything from this website or recommend anyone.
This is by far my worse online shopping experience.

Very Bad Experience
I ordered a necklace from Talia Rae website. I received it on 18th December 2023. I returned it on 21st December. The necklace was delivered back to their warehouse on 23rd December 2023. But i didn't received refund yet. i sent so many emails but nothing happen.They are not able to verify they received it. Courier Company confirmed that they delivered it and its received by them. I sent so many emails but nothing happened. still waiting for my money to be refund. The quality is not good and their items are over priced. Very bad customer service. Never Ever going to buy anything from this website. And not going to refer anyone to get something from this business.

Becareful if buying a gift!
I bought a necklace as a gift for Christmas however when I gave the gift it was unsuitable. I am unable to return the necklace as it is outside the 14 day returns policy. The company doesn't appear to have an extended returns policy to cover christmas gifts. So I wouldn't buy anything for a gift from them. Their communication isn't very good either. I've had one email reply and then I appear to be getting ignored. Sent various Facebook messages too.

I bought a lovely gold necklace with matching earrings for my wife this Christmas.
The wording in the box was perfect, as was the display case it came in. My wife loved her gift and the wording accompanying it. I'm glad I chose the display case as it came with its own internal light. The perfect finish.

Utter shambles
Paid extra for the fancy wooden box for my wife's necklace I got for her birthday, the box arrived damaged after reaching out on the only contact they have being email, got 1 email from them asking for proof of damage sent it in and haven't heard anything back utterly poor customer service! SAVE YOUR MONEY BUY LOCAL!!!

Worst Experience, DONT BUY
Worst Experience. NEVER USE IT AGAIN, and will not recommend it to anyone else. I have ordered a necklace for my wife birthday and even opt out for express delivery to get it early, which according to their website takes 1 or 2 working day, but never got it. Its been more than two weeks since I am waiting and my wife birthday has already passed, so there is no point even if I got it now. £60 goes to waste. There is no order number or any way to track my order. I emailed them, and they said I order on friday after working hours, so i wait for another 2 working days and now its been two more weeks.
