Item has never arrived. After providing a picture of my door and "proof of delivery" which didn't match it, got blanked. Robbed of £70.
Edit: no, it was not delivered to the address provided. The only one difference was a flat nr which was not specified. I would love to post a "prove of delivery" which doesn't match provided address at all. Kind regards

I bought a necklace for my daughter's upcoming birthday it stated that it was white gold but the hallmark which was silver, I sent Talia-Rae an email regarding this because this was false advertising. They did email me back and told me that it was silver with white gold on top therefore this shouldn't be advertised as gold.

Upon delivery you claimed some of these items were missing we took you at your word for this and immediately shipped the items you said were missing from your order via 24 hours service which we have proof of delivery for that next working day. We are unsure how else we could have resolved this situation any quicker. I can also see we have emails from you were we communicated the replacements were sent and you thanked us for our communication.

My husband bought me a necklace for my birthday it's beautiful & I was so pleased with it I bought the matching earrings with some birthday money I was given, the earrings arrived within 3 days but on inspection there was a stone missing I emailed Talia Rae who answered within minutes & asked for a photo to be emailed to them which I did & this morning I have received a replacement pair of earrings. Waited a while for this necklace but post have been on strike so can understand that.
However I'm disappointed with the necklace hence only 2 stars. It is not white gold but a very cheap metal...certainly not worth the £39.99 I paid for it! Was £79.99 I don't think so!! I should have gone to a jewellers would have got a much nicer one for the price. So think the advertising is wrong too!
