I have recently started using tap and go as the fees on square were to high. I run a market stall and a majority of my sales are card. The fees are lower and the transactions are in my bank alot quicker aswell.
I spoke to Annie who was brilliant. She was friendly, polite and explained everything clearly. I would recommend tap and go.

Wanted to take a contract with tap n go. Spent alot of time sorting the rates and limits for 2 terminals with a helpful staff member.
Only to be told "slight changes" have been made during initial payment, I refused to pay until changes were display and explained. They got very irate and annoyed.
Turns out the 12 month contract moved to a 24 month contract, and the rates increased which would be an extra £15 a month on top of the agreed £20 month.

I told them all the information they needed from me, so there wasn't any last minute revelations to change the contract. they just wanted to rip me off and hope I didn't notice.

*This was all before I committed to a contract. Luckily I pushed to find out details and glad I didn't proceed.

Poor company ethics and practices.

Just spent an incredibly productive 55 minutes on the phone with Max Powell… and it was time well spent. Apart from being very friendly, professional and polite, he just saved our business a small fortune. Over the years I’ve dealt with various card machine providers, and Max is by far the best representative of any I’ve come across. Must also commend Nathaniel for his infinite patience with me, I was always busy when he rang and when I asked him to ring back at a certain time on a certain day, he always did.
Looking forward to the savings, and ongoing customer service from these professionals!
