I made a mistake in filing and supposedly owe $22,000 in taxes, but Enoc was able to assist me in correcting my tax return and fixed the error. After the correction, I did not have to pay the $22,000.

I have paid for this service for years and never needed it until this year. Wasted hours over days to provide the documentation that they requested just to be told that they cannot help me when we finally got on the phone. And after looking through their responses to people on here, it looks like they do not value your privacy as they will openly post when you received notices from the IRS if you state that you did not enjoy their services. That is just wild to be a "trusted company" and treat peoples private information like that just because they said they did not like their experience.
The company asked for additional information so they can "more accurately reply to me." I answered every question with: "Why, so you can post my private info publicly? No, thank you!"

While I understand that you may be trying to "resolve any problems, improve services, and allow other customers and potential customers to make informed decisions," detailing when a "customer" received a legal tax document publicly just because they were not satisfied with your services is never acceptable. A respectable company would have replied with a contact such as an email to further discuss and potentially resolve the issue that the customer had with the company. You cannot justify disclosing peoples IRS documentation dates to the public; end of story. I wonder if those actions are in compliance with the "Taxpayer Bill of Rights 8: The Right to Confidentiality" that can be found on the IRS website.
It's crazy to say that you would never publicize people's personal information when literally anyone can read through your responses on here and see people's personal information. You guys are just horrible. Point. Blank. Period.
