The service is not that good, and the support they can offer is limited. After explaining my situation, they said they could help me. After I signed up for a plan, they told me they couldn't actually help. So, indeed, it was frustrating, but at least I received a refund.

I had bad experiences with the annual taxes, but the experience with Taxdown has been the worst.

During the process I added all the data the ask for. Not just filling their forms, I was also preparing extra pdf documents for them with the data they required. Well, I was wasting my time because once all was completed and sent to them, they gave me a wrong result were I was paying around 2000€ more in than the real result.

When I started to correct them (luckily I have some knowledge about it), they asked to me again for the same data I was preparing the first time and it was already sent. I did it again. With this data, they gave me a new wrong value. I explained them that on previous years I had a benefit that was not applied this year. This benefit was applicable on two of my owns. With this data, they applied the benefit just to one of them and I needed to message with them again to ask for the other. Finally I got the corrected document with the real amount to pay by my side and the result was 2000€ less than the one given by them on the first moment. Two weeks later and after working more than them to try to understand the issues.

To summarise, If you are looking for a resolutive and easy software, be careful with Taxdown, maybe you pay more using their services than without them. In fact, I don't know if any other mistakes are on my final result. Let's cross the fingers. Paying 55€ to have to cross my fingers, I don't know if it is what I was looking for.

Looking for a reliable company to help with personal taxes + crypto. This company offers multiple levels of how they can assist you. Being confused with the options contacted their live chat to resolve it. The first answer i received was after 3-4 hours (they do state that it can take up to 3 hours to reply in their defense, but still way too much). Then after a follow-up question from my side I'm now waiting 15 hours for the second answer. If they will answer and help me with such delays I have doubts if I should use this service.

I paid an annual fee for a promise of refund that has never arrived. It's better to do everything on your own.

Great service from the team. Very quick responses and advice. Any queries you have from googling deductions that may be available they advise whether applicable or not. Respond quickly to all questions you may have as well. Team can all speak English which is a bonus for expats living in Spain. 1st year using them and 100% better than my last tax advisor who took 2 weeks to answer queries etc! Definitely give them a go. Great service, was very responsive and helped me throughout the process. I had a lot of questions and it took me a while to understand all the implications but they were very patient and explained all the situations.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - they first fool you to think that with the Essential Full plan it's enough to fill your tax declaration, and after you pay it, they tell you: ops, we realised that you also have some investment, so now you need to pay 149 to the another "investor plan".
I talked with customer support to ask if they can help me to only review my plan without the part of investment and the answer was: since we already receive the information from the tax agency that you have some investment, we can't change your plan to do that parcial review. Funny enough, if you already know so much, why do you even allow me to select and pay a plan that is not according to my profile?!

Be careful if you decide to pay extra to have the "24 hours service" they offer. They sell you a service by Whatsapp that doesn't exist. As soon as you try contacting them there, you will be talking to someone who instead of helping you, keeps on telling you haven't paid for the service and that you have to access WhatsApp with your email that you used on your taxdown account. The only thing is that there is no way for you to access to the whatsapp conversation with your email, and the person behind their Whatsapp doesn't seem to understand that.
