Amazing!!!!! Cannot believe how straight forward this was, i was dreading it and it was soo quick and simple. Thank you so much!!

Currently in process, so I'll update my review once everything is complete.

So far, communication has been confusing.

I provided my pension statements, including all contribution dates, but I wasn't sure whether the relevant date was the due date or the paid date for determining which tax year it belonged to. I told them that to. Rather than clarifying this, I was told that analysing my pension (finding relevant figure and adding all up) was outside the scope of the service and would require an additional fee.

My expectation: simply said, "We need gross contribution figure - tax the paid dates is the one you need to check for the relevant tax year, add together and brings up to us" or if using my pention statement adn SIPP statement are out side of their work (tbh, this part can be done by AI easily)

Anyway, I have spoken to my provider, download teh figure and gave exact figure what they need to put into Tax return.

At the moment, I didn't get any good advice, and feel like it's going to be endless additional fee if anything slightly complicated. It's meant to be make your life easier, but at the moment, I don't see any value yet
