Had an appointment Charlotte Rawlinson. I have to say excellent start to finish in both sessions. Explored all options with no pressure selling and very easy to have conversation on what for some can be a difficult subject. Whole process was explained before during and after meeting as well as next steps. Ultra professional and will be recommending to friends and family.

Helped me and my partner update our will. Quick, efficient service.

Where I work had linked up with Taylor Lucas offering free standard Wills for staff, I took up offer and found company to be excellent. My wife and I were able to set up Wills very quickly, via two zoom calls with Lottie, who talked us through process very efficiently.
We had been emailed a brochure of company services, so we were able to discussed options to safeguard our home from possible future Care Home fees, Lottie discussed a service called Protective Property Trust (PPT) which was exactly what we had been looking for, Lottie was able to set up the service and payment was paid for the PPT, fee was small compared to whole house being sold to pay care home fees.
We found the whole process to be easily understood, as Lottie has fantastic Customer Service skills, she is a credit to the company, Taylor Lucas Partnership.

Taylor Lucas made the whole Will setup painless and easy to go through and setup. Brilliant communication through all the steps, would recommend it,
if you get the chance.
