Nathaniel Allibone has been excellent in managing my property keeping things as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend him.

Used Taylors to sell my late mothers property.
Buyer was found reasonably quickly but from then on i had issues.
1. After Taylors had shown potential buyers round, on visiting the property i found smelly stagnant urine in a toilet!
2. The buyers solicitor was extremely slow holding the sale up. I asked the manager of Taylors to chase them up and he said "can't you?". What the hell am I paying Taylors for?
3. Bearing in mind I was only selling, why was a charged a money laundering fee? That is a joke!

They just want to take your money and do nothing for it.
I won't use Taylors again.

Bedminster office - I had hoped that this one would be different. But if you like inaccuracies with details and not being able to explain their processes then they are for you. When I complained I was told that they'd followed their processes but it seems that they like to kept that information to themselves.

Agency demanding £660 to exit tenancy after being good tenants for 15months, even though we requested a break out clause at the start.

Worst management and money eaters, fake, scam, plesse avoid Stevenage taylors. I have given my property to let and manage to Stevenage Taylors, oh my God, they looted me almost every now and then. Many hidden charges and when I ask to end the contract they asking me £720 and 6 months notice. This is absolute loot. Now Iam end up with nowhere, I may go legal action against them. Same thing their sales team did to me when I put my property for sale last year which they signed trapped me and signed solo contract. Finally they did not sold the property and because of solo contract, i stuck with Taylors. This is illegal.
They have many hidden charges mentioned in the tiny words in contract which nobody reads and they just taking advantage of that. Their manager in stevenage office is so rude, and he literally shouting on the call and didn't even listen to me. As a owner of the property, I gave them business but they don't care, they just finding ways to grab money from you. Every now and then their management company send email to ask money to do some work in the property. Literally I'm spending more money than getting rental income because of choosing such scam estate agent.Please avoid this agent. There are many other good property agents around.

Absolutely shocking estate agents I phoned up on Friday to arrange a viewing for a property in Kerry close on Tamworth drive ramleaze I did not receive a confirmation.

I phoned this morning and denied all knowledge that i even phoned on Friday morning and it was the same person who i spoke too (I do have recordings from my phone as evidence) the person who I spoke to again confirmed for an appointment for today at 3.30 and will go me back as there is tenants in the property.

No Phone call and no email.

DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAVE LET ME DOWN AVOID AVOID AVOID

Had the opportunity to move into a new build house nearly 10 years ago with my young family, Property is amazing,and is now are home ,good staff and having a maintenance service also is a massive help,if anything goes wrong in the house.

If I could, I wouldn't give even one star. The agency/agent worked on behalf of one of owners, helping to delay and stalling the sales process for one owners benefit. And personal gain, as recieving money for this from said owner. Often not replying, selective replies, replying with delays once recieve instructions from other owner.

Awful company left us with huge parking debt of over £800. They issued us with a incorrect parking permit and then decided to denie it despite emails and letters confirming they issued it.

We went to court and judge agreed with us that Taylors were wrong. 2.5 years of stress! No sorry from the local letting agents or compensation.

We also had ongoing damp issues and leak again ignored and calls and emails never read or responded too. Bad communication.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

We had a really back experience with this company, Both Reece C and travis T do require further meetings. We occupied `19 proteus house. Two days before the end of tenancy we was told to not worry about cleaning the property down, which i found extremely strange, i vocally stated over the phone, are you sure and we wont be affected with our deposit, Travis said 'i can assure you it wont impact your deposit' its been 6 months and we have just been informed the landlord has been awarded some of the cleaning costs which is totally unfair. We now will open a claim with the court again Wilson peacock and the landlord. I wouldn't recommend this company because when an issue occurs they scatters like sheep. No one here wants to communicate and help.

I have been renting through this letting agent for almost 2 years now and it has been an amazing experience so far. The property manager Nathaniel Allibone has always being prompt with reported issues and recently made sure that an urgent repair issue was completed on time. .They take maintenance repair issues serious and are reliable to get quality services. I recommend their service to everyone.

One of the most unprofessional firms I've ever dealt with. I can't remember the last time I left a bad review, if ever. But it's important people understand what to expect when dealing with Taylors in Bedford.
Tried to sell a flat which was a difficult sell due to the lease issues. However, the constant miscommunication and then the staff booking ANY viewings even when they clearly weren't suitable candidates for the property wasted so much time and caused no end of stress.
Then when renting a property out with Taylors Bedford, again the miscommunication was terrible. There are so many different departments that deal with different things that it becomes a nightmare. No one seems to know the answers to any issues and I even had someone point blank deny that they had given me advice on something (which they had) that cost me money and potentially a buyer on my property. Initially the branch were somewhat helpful. But this went downhill rapidly.
I could write so much more about the stress and unprofessionalism of dealing with Taylors, from the branch to all the numerous other departments they have.
This is a big firm that have the money to provide a better service so why don't they?
I now deal with Haart Estate agents and the difference already is enormous! Unless Taylors were to undergo a massive shake up (unlikely) I will never use them again for anything, ever.
Please consider other agents, even if they charge a little more. It's just not worth the stress and potential financial loss. And if you do, please get EVERYTHING in writing no matter how small the advice or information you are given.
I'm so glad to be away from Taylors and if anyone responds asking for me to email my enquiry in I wont be. I've spent over a year trying to get help from Taylor's and now that I'm in good hands with Haart estate agents, I just cant wait to put all this behind me.

We listed a property with the kingswood estate agents who advised to put it on as an auction. The original value of the property was set at £210,000. Within a month of the property being listed the auctioneer was already trying to drop the price of the property by £40,000 to £170,000. We were not happy about this as it had hardly been on the market for a while and didn't want to lose that much value in that short of a time. We asked that the property be relisted normally and not on auction which Taylors advised they would do. 6 weeks later we get a message from Taylors stating they'd had no interest and to request we drop the price again at which point we checked the advert online to find out they were still advertising the property on as auction and had no changed it as requested. We were pretty annoyed about this and asked that they remove it from listing and we would go elsewhere as they had made a complete mess of trying to sell our property. This is also an ex rental property so it is costing us money to hold onto it empty.

We contacted Upstix which is a cash buyer to see if we can get a cash offer and quick sale on the property. As part of their checks for some reason they used Taylors Kingswood to get a valuation who valued the property to them at £150,000 meaning that we then had a cash offer back of £115,000. So not content with messing up our listing and sale the kingswood office was then complicit in trashing the value of the property after we left!!!!!!

I have never in my life dealt with such an incompetent estate agents. One that not only advises customers wrong, but then can't even do a simple thing as to update an advert when request and then goes and trashes the value of a property after the client leaves them through their own incompetence. It's disgusting and they should all be ashamed!

We stay in a property which Nathaniel Allibone manages with his team.
Nathaniel was swift to respond to the problem that I logged and the problem was fixed on time.
He also followed up to ensure the work was satisfactorily carried out.

I hope this continues as this is impressive!

We have a BTL property in Luton and we are very happy with our portfolio manager Nathaniel Allibone. He is really taking care of us and our tenants. He always reply to our emails/messages which is very important to us.

I've used this company,as a landlord for around 15 years.
A company is as good as its staff and Sad to say this is not a patch on the company I began with.
Unresponsive,arrogant,generally unhelpfull.
NB THE TERMINATION TIME WHEN USING THIS COMPANY IS
6 MONTHS !
most company's are 4 - 8 weeks !
DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID !
