Never a problem with telechoice!! Always happy to sort out issues, the deals are awesome and network coverage is great!
Have been with telechoice for years and wouldn’t change!

I love being with Telechoice

I love being with Telechoice. Increasing my data allowance was a most welcome surprise. I have never had anything but wonderful service from Telechoice. I don't know why everyone isn't a Telechoice customer!

Competitive prices but with flaws

Telechoice runs on the older Telstra network and it's still better then nothing. Competitive prices, generous data plans, only flaw is their website which is often glitchy and very slow. If you set up payments then you won't have worries to log on and pay your bill. They do charge lots of small fees here and there so just know what is included and what's not. Visa and MasterCard accrue fee, as does late payments, as does calls to certain areas for example Norfolk Island is part of Australia but telechoice charges expensive international fees.

So far cant complain at all. Like most companies, i only have issues with the telco system they use goes into melt down.

Other providers I've had wouldn't give a damn how long I'd been with them. It was always nope that will cost you more...

Excellent staff at Tele Choice Sunbury

Called into Tele Choice Sunbury to enquire about a sepaerate data pack and was pleasantly told about Data Bank. Very impressed to now know that the unused data from my phone is stored. Very happy with my Tele choice Mobile plan!!
