I was on a deadline needing the headset…
I was on a deadline needing the headset for the next day. I was only given notice that I needed this late in the afternoon. This company verified that I had ordered the correct type of headset and had it at my door the following morning. The headset is fine too.

No communication, item showing as shipped on 15th October. Tracking number doesn't work, no replies to emails and unable to make contact on telephone, call goes to EE voicemail service.

Nothing wrong with the service. Item a bit of a disapointment
Headset delivered quickly. Complete in working order and as advertised - always a good start - 5 stars Comfortable to wear.
Audio quality only average and volume in ear piece is quite loud making the listening to speech "uncomfortable/hard work."
Would not want to have to USE the set for more than 20 minutes at a time.
