Great product and customer service

Headset arrived very quickly but the connections were wrong. I called the customer service and the gentleman helped me with sorting it out and within 2 days he’s managed to arrange delivery of the correct cable. Thank you. Really happy with the product. Had no problem with people hearing me on the phone when working from home.
