We ordered a headset and it didn't work correctly as the microphone part wouldn't work at all. I contacted Telephoneheadsets and they gave me some simple instructions over the phone however, the set still wouldn't work.
They sent me a new set with a return sticker inside for me to send the broken set back. I received my new set the next day. I have had a good service and would recommend them to someone else.

Arrived quickly, order as advertised

I received a headset a few weeks ago. Initially it seemed to be working fine, but a few customers had commented that I was breaking up, or I was very quiet. Then a few days of using it, and the headset was not working. I thought there was no dial tone, but turning the volume right up, I could just faintly hear the tone. I have asked for a replacement, but been told to return the item, in exchange for a replacement. Having asked for a pre-paid postage label, but have been told they don't offer that service. I can understand that if I changed y mind, but it is due to the fact the item is faulty. I have reverted back to refer to a supervisor and requested the label.

Quick delivery, easy to set up and use, exactly what I needed to help the constant sore neck from holding a normal phone to my ear with no hands.

The headset is excellent but it was supplied with a 3.5 jack not a rj9 connector. To be fair this was rectified as I contacted them. Good service and product.

All in all, cost came to 43, quiet a bit more than the initial price, but product itself, good.
