Headset call quality very poor
The headset arrived in good time, the call quality was very poor and the company repeatedly ignored my messages about returning it for a refund and re the refund of the cost of the return postage. Would never happen with Amazon!!

The products were good and arrived promptly. However, the jackplug turned out to be 2.5mm, not the 3mm I needed. This wasn't stated in the product description. The agent supplied the right lead promptly, but this cost over £20 extra.

Very helpful sales person
Was concerned the headset I was going to order would not have the right cable for the handset I was buying it for, so I rang the sales help number. Call was answered quickly and the assistant was very knowledgeable and put my mind at rest. Then ordered the headset which turned up very quickly and works perfectly.
