I have just booked a holiday with Savio my personel booking adviser. He was fantastic throughout the booking, very patient and polite with me. He went through everything from times flights accomadation and confirmation emails. I am looking forward to my breakaway thanks to Savio.

Great customer service. Very friendly and so helpful. Moin was so helpful and made booking our family holiday so easy and stress free. One thing that really made me uncomfortable was when during our conversation the Rep asked me to go and post a review and seemed a bit pushy for me to do it straight away.

Akshay was very helpful and friendly. He called us back quickly and gave us a better offer than we expected.

Very well received and dealt with . Professional and patient. Would strongly recommend dealing with Broc and teletext holidays.

Absolutely brilliant well recommended for anyone to book with them this will be my second holiday booked with teletext and never had a problem

Savio was extremely helpful and took great care to make sure the flights were right for us. He also made sure the Hotel understood the need to place our party together as we are travelling with our teenage children!
