Was worried about booking through teletext from the reviews but i have to say i couldnt fault them. AMJAD took our call and was extremely helpful. He patiently went over the details of everything we were asking. HE recommended some hotels for us in Tenerife and waited while we had a look on Google. We had a budget and there was no pressure to sell us more. We had numerous emails and phone calls to make corrections on bookings to ensure everything was good.

Disgusting Customer service, once you hand over the money they want nothing to do with you, returned from a terrible holiday due to the shocking state of the hotel. Mouldy, noisy, falling apart rooms and disgusting living conditions are acceptable to Teletext. If you have a complaint they hide behind emails and will maybe contact you after 28 days or not at all. Whilst at the resort the “emergency contact” given by teletext was disgraceful, rude and unable to explain the process, spent over an hour explaining that the conditions were effecting my partner’s health and they were more interested in asking for more money for another hotel showing absolutely no concern or sympathy for our situation.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Their policies are twisted and work against you if you want to cancel your holidays. Very bad costumer service, wasted 50 call or more to them. Please don't book with them to avoid any disappointment as myself.

Name in airline booking wrong. Explained this to Nick. Who got into airline and corrected the booking. Fast and friendly service.

I was helped by Eddie and Mike with queries and booking of my holiday. Both were very polite and extremely helpful. I would recommend and use this company again.

I was looking for a short break to London and living in the North West of Ireland did not want to travel to Dublin to fly; I also wanted an inexpensive but good quality hotel to stay in whilst there which is a big ask for London. I dealt with a representative named Jay who was more than helpful and he managed to find me a good hotel and flights for a great price. Thank you Jay you were great

Really bad experience with teletext since 4 weeks, i had mailed, messaged, called etc , terrible experience from many staff members, but thankfully i had the pleasure of dealing with Nigel Brown, who listened to me, apologised to me, whom took the matter into his hands and contacted the supplier, i really cannot thank Nigel enough. He is a credit to your team. He turned such a bad experience with your company into his own hands and helped me to his upmost.
