Wrong information, misleading

They said its in the data Base that I will be supply energy with British gas and they registered me to it which was wrong ,the property is supplied with Scottish power

There’s not much time for thinking

I was misled into believing my SKY…

I was misled into believing my SKY package includes movies when it does not. When I call your shop the joking people who answer me now say I should speak to SKY tv
I spoke to an agent called Kaka to whom I explained that I was already on Netflix paying monthly. How could I then order a movie package with Netflix as the main movie provider????? Lies and client misleading to get a sale done.

I am considering cancelling the whole deal

Didn’t listen to what I needed

Didn’t listen to what I needed. Only thing to push a sale of additional products with no benefit to myself at all. 9x calls and nothing sorted so I did everything myself.

Even when my frustration was conveyed, it was ignored and they continued to sell me pointless products. As someone that works in sales, I could not believe the level of ignorance and inability for active listening.

Unhelpful

I signed up for British Gas as my energy provider through tenant shop. The next day I changed my mind and wanted to go back to octopus energy. Although my caller explained that I would receive emails from BG, there was nothing in my inbox. I called tenantshop to explain I’d like to cancel but cannot as I don’t have any information from BG and they told me there’s nothing they could do and I’d have to follow it up with BG. I asked how am I able to cancel if I haven’t received any information from BG since our call? Super unhelpful - just wiped their hands clean after they’ve collected their commission. If they ever call, just decline and do your own research.

Constant phone calls despite being told no.

They are a partner of the letting agency I used, they called me once, I told them I will sort all my bills myself and would not like their services. Since then they have called me and my partner roughly 4 or 5 times, even after I told them all contracts have been signed and sorted elsewhere, borderline harassment.

Super helpful, super knowledgeable

They got in touch immediately to plan in a good time to chat which was helpful as I was in the middle of the stress of moving! Offered to help however I needed it, and made the process of switching providers so easy, all the comparing and admin was done for me. Very knowledgeable team and easy to work with.
