Do not give your information to them. They are known broadband scammers. Ive blocked the number yet new numbers claiming to be Tenant Shop are calling me and asking me for my bank details.

Maybe don’t recommend a broadband service that isn’t even available in my area without them installing cables locally. Leaving me in a new home that I work from home with no WiFi for nearly three weeks. You keep calling to offer other services but have shown you aren’t a trustworthy company

Their bad advice could have landed me in a BAD broadband contract.
My letting agent gave my contact details to this company so they could supposedly help me with setting up my utilities before moving in. However this was a nightmare and I would advise against this! They set up my broadband with V4 consumer who turned out to be way more expensive than Hyperoptic and they charge admin and manual fees for every little add on (go and look them up too!). This was not mentioned by the Tenant shop prior to me signing on. Thankfully I was within the cooling period and my router was not yet activated so I was able to cancel my contract without any problems.
ADVICE: Do not let this company pressure to signing on with anyone they advised DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST. Go on trust pilot and look at their 1star reviews to understand people’s complaints about the recommended companies. It will save you in the long run.

Tenant Shop work with a panel of suppliers who offer broadband and TV services, who we regularly gain exclusive deals and discounts from. Unfortunately, the alternative supplier you have mentioned is not one we work in partnership, so we would not have been able to look into this for your new property. I appreciate you have since been able to cancel during your cooling off period, and I am pleased to hear that you have found a suitable package for yourself.
I would like to discuss this situation with you in more detail, and understand they admin and manual fees you are referring to. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, as we are always looking for ways to improve our services moving forwards.
