This can be down to your phone provider highlighted 02/03 phone numbers as spam when they are not. Many phone providers use this service to filter out spam calls for people, but can mean genuine calls are incorrectly flagged.
Unfortunately, this is not something we have control over, but I understand that a suspected spam call can be concerning.
