I've given my new Southern Cross 2 a short, two night test. It is an easy tent to pitch, and I am sure it will be straightforward to pitch in a gale. The two porches are large giving me plenty of room to store my kit. It was very warm last weekend, and I was comfortable without opening the doors to get a breeze going at night.

The voyager tent is great BUT the poles are very lightweight and will break in the wind. When I tried to replace a single pole, it would cost $154.00 USA. That's insane.

The only downside is a massive morning mist condensation on the inner side of the outer shell. And consequently packing completely wet tent.
After two weeks in the use is too early to talk about a durability or a built quality etc. Overall satisfied customer

The delivery was first class the next day, i ordered a Helm 2 off the outlet store, supposidly a grade A tent and having no holes in the tent, when i opened the tent it had a hole in and a patch over it, on the website it states that only grade B tents might have this? They did not have another tent available in the outlet store, so i had to make a journey to take it back. The next day i checked and they had a grade A tent for sale again, i can only assume they put the same tent back on as Grade A again?

Needed a new tent pole, ordered Friday morning, arrived Saturday - great service!

New tent and foot print are fab. I'm very pleased and a good price with discount for a well known reliable brand.

I have just come home from Cornwall following a week of bad weather and very strong winds which mauled quite a few tents. My very old, well used Terra Nova backpacking tent which has spent the last 10 years in the attic was great. It kept me warm and dry all week and stood up to some of the worst weather nature could throw at it. Very pleased camper here.

Utterly brilliant service. I ordered 3 items that arrived very quickly. I subsequently had to return the tent as I’d been given one by a family member so it was surplus. I contacted Terra Nova who said it was fine to return it. I received a refund the day after returning. All the products were brilliant, and I can’t recommend Terra Nova highly enough. Thank you.

Incredible selection for wild camping and such good quality. The latest tents are so well designed it was hard choosing. Love the fact there is the regular and premium version of every tent. Oh and a British company in camping means they understand Dartmoor!
