The offer at Terra Nova was the cheapest for the equipment we purchased. The purchase process was very easy online, delivery was arranged very quickly and despatched without delay. The delivery was without fault, it came in a couple of days and with no fuss

Terra Nova Hoolie 2 ETC - one of the poles snapped while the tent was just sitting without nobody even touching it. Only three times used. Broke the tent as well. Impossible to fix - replacemet pole delivered to Finland is half the price of the new tent. Now the tent is useless

Disgusting service.
Advertising products as in stock, when clearly they are not.
Having to wait weeks for products to be dispatched is NOT ACCEPTABLE‼️

Gobi from customer services was very friendly and understanding however another woman was downright rude.

I wish I hadn't ordered from Terranova, a mistake I will not be repeating.

Ordered a Helm 1 compact on a sunday night and it arrived the following friday. A big thank you for the speedy dispatch as I was going camping the following day. Customer service was efficient & polite.
The tent held up well and the build quality is very good. Overall I'm one happy customer and will be returning for future purchases

Every aspect of Terra Novas customer service has been spot on. Communication, delivery, packaging and the products are some of the best on the market!

High quality equipment (stakes for helm 1 footprint). The delivery was made 2 days earlier and with good communication by Terra Nova.

Though I am completely happy with my purchase, my order did take almost a week to be delivered. I had anticipated dispatch notification within 2 working days but had yet to receive this after the 4th day following the order.

When I contacted Terra Nova’s service team, they promptly came back to me to apologise and escalated to their warehouse team - I received my product the very next day.

Tent is amazing. Good quality, well made and stood up to ferocious winds! Plus got it in a sale - bargain!

Helm compact 1

Footprint was easy to order, for my tent model, good quality item. Communication was great from the off. Lead times stated were acceptable however the item arrived 2 weeks earlier than first thought. Tracking was spot on with alerts right up to delivery by DPD. Spot on Terra Nova, no wonder I have several of your tents. Top job well done.
