When we booked in the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room, our couples massage and our evening meal were an absolutely top class. We were soooo pampered. Thank you.

We stayed 4 nights in a one bedroom lake view apartment. It's definitely not new, but fairly well maintained, well equipped if you want to self cater, , but make sure you bring your supplies in, as it's way out of town. The photos online give an accurate indication of what to expect. The views are beautiful, and the room whisper quiet, with no traffic noise at all, as there are no roads close by. The room was quite dusty when we arrived, and my wife, who has dust allergy, had to clean it up so she could stop sneezing, but you would probably find it ok if you don't have that problem. The staff were friendly and attentive, we did have an issue with the fireplace, which was fixed very quickly. Had an excellent dinner at the on-site restaurant also. The deserts were average, but the mains to die for! All in all, we really enjoyed ourselves.

Is a truly amazing venue, highly recommend for a relaxing time away

We had a last minute get away to this resort for some well deserved R & R - it certainly ticked all the boxes!

Everything was perfect! Room was big and had everything we needed, especially enjoyed the spa bath and cooking in the kitchen. Also had dinner at the restaurant and it was superb. Golf course was great even with coring recently done, my partner is still talking about it 5 days later.

Staff and customer service was excellent. We had an overall excellent experience when we stayed for a wedding, so much so we look to go back for a weekend next year.

Our experience at Terrace Downs was like no other we have ever had. Absolutely exceptional!
The room was stunning with a lot of space, beautiful views and a very comfortable bed. I was most satisfied with the range of natural organic bathroom products that were available. It was simply beautiful.
Our dinner was spectacular, where every bite was flawless and to die for. It was a work of art on a plate. The wine was very beautiful also.
Service was great too.
We couldn't have had a better time. Thank you so much to the FANTASTIC team at Terrace Downs! we can't wait to come again.

We only stayed for one night as guests at a wedding held there. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend terrace downs to anyone.

Took 2 days out for my wife's birthday at Terrace downs which was two very enjoyable and relaxing days . We stay in a one bedroom villa which was luxurious, had all the facilities we wanted and a bit more including a fully equiped kitchen and a spa bath We chose to have our meals there which were very tasty and the menu varied , While there did manage some clay pidgeon shooting, a first time experience , One I intend to repeat when we return , The whole setting was lovely in the foot hills of the alps. We can without any reservations recommend Terrace downs

We love the restaurant doe lunch and dinner. Golf course was well maintained and enjoy playing at a international class course.

Our children gave us a golf, accommodation, food and drinks, package, which we have just redeemed.
Our experience was fantastic, our villa was everything we could have wanted with amazing views of the mountain. Complimentary wine and food platter.
Golf was a great experience, lovely course and a beautiful still hot day.
The restaurant was great the food excellent, quite by chance on our second day there was a smorgasboard with food from around the world.
We chose this option which didnt dissapoint.
Only other comment would be the staff, they were extremely helpful in every way, but also made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Terrace Downs was recommended to us and didn't disappoint - had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for better. The location, the staff, the food were all fabulous but the view took your breath away.

What an amazing place, stunning views, great food, friendly, efficient staff, excellent accommodation, overall a wonderful experience. The only thing I would have liked was more milk to have a cup of tea in the morning, not a problem though, green tea was fine. (There was only one pottleofmilk).

We received excellent service, fine catering and professional golf advice during our short but enjoyable visit. The staff were always ready to assist and solve any requirement.

We stayed both Fri and Sat nights over the weekend just gone. Our major issue was to do with the wifi. We were in one of the furtherest villas from the Clubhouse. We were unable to access wifi on our cellphones in our villa. We were able to access on our laptop, however this dropped out constantly, and worked slower than dialup. In the end, we stopped trying. We had contacted Reception on the Fri to advise the wifi was not functioning, and it was passed to maintenance, however we did not notice any improvement. We also found that due to our location, and the wind on Fri night, it was impossible to sleep in our master bedroom, as the windows rattled all night long. The rest of our issues were minor maintenance related, i.e. lights not functioning in parts of rooms, the obvious prior leak issue in one of the other bedrooms, kitchen utensils requiring replacing.

The staff were excellent and the facilities were great. Our room was first class with great views
